"Huh? Buntis ka na agad, ate?!" Histerya ni Homer.
Her eyes widen dahil sunod-sunod na nagreact ang tao.
"What?no---"
"You impregnate her that's why you two get married?" Malamig at galit na singit ni Hover habang masama ang tingin kay Magnus.
"Hover, watch your mouth." Malamig na banta niya sa kapatid.
"I would love to see my heir already but Hera is still not yet ready. And also I have high respect for her and Hiraeth's tradition to not claim her if we're not yet married." Pagkaklaro ni Magnus.
Then everyone calm down. Para rin siyang nabunutan ng tinik. Her mother apologetically smiled and give her a peace sign. Napailing na lang siyansa kakulitan ng ina.
Lumapit si Hover sa kanila. Her initial reaction was to step forward making Magnus to be behind her as if she's protecting him. She knew Hover, alam niyang kakayanan nito.
Napatikwas na lang ng kilay ang Infantes ng mapansin ang galaw ni Hera. Napansin iyon ng karamihan kaya nagpalitan na lang sila ng lihim na ngiti.
"He won't hurt me." Magnus whispered assuring her.
"I know my brother." Malamig na anas niya sa asawa.
"I know. And I know you know that Hover won't hurt someone that will make you mad." He whispered back.
"Don't worry, I'm just here to congratulate." Malamig na saad ng kapatid na wala naman ang tuwa sa mukha nito.
"Thanks, Hover." Malamig na sagot niya sa kapatid.
"I'm still disappointed." Anas ni Hover.
"Hover---"
"So you'll waste all our stunt just for you to not get married by anyone that's obviously good for you and end up marrying the man that you hate?" Hover asked coldly and laced with disappointment.
She remembered all their efforts, back then. Sa pag-frame up ng mga lalaking planong ipakasal sa kanya hanggang kay Davidson. Silang dalawa ni Hover ang pagkasangga and he probably feel betray on how she protect her husband over Hover as if he'll harm Magnus.
"No one's good for her aside from me." Malamig na singit ni Magnus. Bakas ang galit sa boses nito.
Bumaling dito si Hover at malamig na tinitigan ang asawa.
"Just really make sure on that, Magnus. You know what I'm capable of doing if you hurt my sister." Malamig na banta ni Hover at tinalikuran na sila.
Her heart feels heavy as Hover walk away. Silang dalawa ang magkakampi at mabigat sa pakiramdam kung hindi sila magkaayos.
Magnus caress her back, pulling her closer to him. And somehow, ang paghagod nito ng likod niya ay nagpakalma sa kanya.
"He'll be fine."
She just sighed. She'll just talk to Hover soon.
After the picture taking, they went to the reception. Still snow themed. Wala na nga lang umuulang nyebe, instead there's smokey effect. Everyone is enjoying habang sila ay tahimik na kumakain sa mesa nila.
"I'll be flying the next day to Maldives. I have a business meeting there." Imporma niya kay Magnus.
"I'll be just on the office that day." He said.
Bumagal ang nguya niya at napasilip sa binata. Uminom muna siya ng tubig saka napatikhim.
"I was thinking if...if you could be with me on Maldives. So that, after my business there, we'll have our honeymoon." She tried to play cool as if she's not talking about honeymoon.
Natigil sa pagnguya ang binata saka napalingon sa kanya. Lumingon din siya dito at hindi nagpakita ng reaksyon para ipakitang seryoso siya.
"Don't fucking kidding around, wife." He hissed coldly.
"I'm not, Magnus. Naisip ko lang na, we might need it because part of the reason we're married is because of our needs, right? Might as well spend days for that." Pormal na saad niya.
Magnus let out a heavy sighed as he placed his hand on her waste and gently grip it na tila doon nilalabas ang gigil.
"Brace your fucking self, Hera Sebastian." Bulong na bilin sa malamig na tono ni Magnus.
She tss-ed and roll his eyes at him.
"Sanay na ang katawan ko sa pagod, Magnus. I can compete with your stamina. Hanggang ilang rounds ba ang kaya mo?" Hamon na tanong niya sa asawa.
Mahinang napamura ang binata at napaayos ng upo. She glance at her slacks and there's already a huge bulge.
"It's for you to find out, wife." Malamig na sagot nito.
"Pero base sa experience mo, gaano ka katagal sa kama?" Tanong niya na parang wala lang kung may dating karanasan ito.
Magnus immediately glared at her. Na tila ba masama siyang nasabi.
"Wife." He warned.
"What? What's wrong with my question? Hindi ka ba nakakatagal ng isang round---"
"Hera Sebastian, please." He breathily plead to stop her talking.
Napainom ito ng alak. She can't help to stare at his veiny hands. Nakatiim ang bagang nito pagkatapos nitong nilagok ang alak.
Lumingon sa kanya ang binata. His eyes were dark while his jaw is clenching. He seems mad. And she finds it entertaining and amusing seeing her angry reaction.
"How can you easily talk about me fucked someone else?" Halos hindi na maibuka nito ang bibig sa pagsasalita.
"Well, anong problema kung may experience? I won't judge." She shrugged.
"Tss. I can't even think of you being touch before me."
"Because it's obvious that I wasn't touch. I'm not interested in men." Rason niya.
Where is this conversation going? She's just asking of how long he'll last in bed! Bakit ba nagagalit ito?
"And I look like I'm interested in women? I'm too busy aiming the top rank in business industry. Wala akong oras mambabae." Masungit na saad ng binata at muling magsalin ng inumin.
"Oh, 'yan naman pala ang sagot. You can just tell me directly that you have no experience." Kaswal na saad niya at napainom ng alak.
"It's because I hate that you accused me like I'm manwhore. I maybe am but just for my wife." Pagsusungitan ng binata.
Magnus is really sulking over her stupid question? Tss. Is he marrying the cold dangerous billionaire or a kid?
"Well, can you blame me? Malandi ka sa 'kin. Malay ko bang malandi ka sa lahat." Ingos niya pabalik dito.
"I really have to do something on your trust on me, wife. Is marrying you hurriedly ain't enough to prove that I'm in lust to you? I wanna fuck the woman who only sets my body on fire." Malamig na saad nito.
Napatikhim siya kasabay ng pag-init ng pisngi saka napalingon sa paligid baka may ibang nakarinig sa kalaswaan ng binata. Thankfully, everyone is dancing on the dance floor.
"Okay. Let's dismiss this topic now." Pagtatapos niya baka hindi matapos-tapos ang away nila. Unang araw bilang mag-asawa, nagtatalo na. Not surprising at all.
"Tsk."
Hindi pa rin pala tapos. Tss.
"You're still whining. You want me to apologize?" She asked in sarcasm.
Magnus glared at her at inubos ang alak sa bago.
"I'm not whining. Shut up." Malamig na tanggi nito.
"You are. You're acting like a freaking child." Pang-aasar pa niya dito. Pambawi man lang niya sa pang-aasar nito.
"If I were you, I'm going to stop teasing me that I'm a child or elese you'll be carrying one. Want that, wife?" Malamig na banta ng binata nang may ngisi sa labi.
Now, she's shut up. Damn you, Sebastian.
