"Days like These" Ch. 2-8 & 2-9

[Isaac POV | February 13 | Friday]

I had my first therapy session today, i wouldn't say it was good, i told some basic things to the therapist, but i don't think much can be done on only 1 session, we talked about the bullying on eight grade, i think it helps to get it out of my chest some times, i told him about Scott and how he helps me get over everything, he told me that my boyfriend shouldn't be the only one i can talk to in my life, which is true i guess?

He asked me about my relationship with my family members, i told him the truth, i was great with my mom but my relationship with my dad... Wasn't the best to say the least, he always is an hypocrite, which is something i hate.

Anyways, all thing aside i think this is not gonna work, but i'm not going to surrender yet.

[Scott POV | February 14 | Saturday]

I'm gonna go take Isaac on a date today, it's valentines day so i thought it would be a great excuse to have one, i'll text him then.

Alrighty

It passed around 2 hours until my dad told me to get on the car, and so we went to Isaac's house to pick him up, he entered the car.

Daniel (Scott's Dad): "Hi, Isaac."

Isaac: "Hi, sir."

Scott: "Hey!"

Isaac: "Hey!"

Daniel: "Scott already told me where you guys are going for your date, he's a hopeless romantic."

Scott: "Dad!"

Daniel: "Aren't you?"

Isaac: "Heh."

Isaac: "So where's the date? You haven't told me!"

Scott: "Oops, alright it's on this restaurant close from here."

Isaac: "Heh, Your dad's right, you're such a hopeless romantic!"

Scott: "Now i'm being slandered, great."

My dad left us in front of the place, it was too far away to walk but it was kinda close on car, so we entered.

I usually have to ask for stuff when i'm with Isaac, i've always known that he has social anxiety, mostly with strangers so i don't try to push him into having social interactions.

Scott: "Uhm, table for two!"

I'm gonna skip the whole waiting thing since it was kinda crowded because valentines day.

We sat at our table, ordered food, shared a milkshake, it was fun! I think he also was having a well deserved break from stress.

We spend some hours on the restaurant, then we went to an arcade place, we got photos on a photo booth! We were kissing on half of the four photos and we splitted the strip in half, one for each one of us.

It got late soon enough, i called my dad to pick us up, and so we waited for him and then went home, he had to go home so there was no sleepover potential.

It was a great day i hope everything stays this way forever...
