I'm running out of ideas so bare with me

All Might really likes Inko Midoriya, but is too afraid toask her out because 1, it'd be weird for Midoriya, and 2, he feels like he's too ugly for Inko.

Into on the otherhand finds him really cute and funny and wouldn't mind starting a relationship with All Might as long as it's ok with Izuku.

Izuku really wouldn't mind, he'd actually find it nice since he sort of sees All Might as the dad that he never truly had.
