Tian Xing felt a growing headache as she thought about the incoming war.

The thing is, in the novel, the reason why the Wen Sect lost was because of Wei WuXian's demonic cultivation.

...Which never happened in this timeline.

Jiang Cheng didn't lose his golden core, Wei WuXian didn't give his own golden core to Jiang Cheng and was not caught by Wen Chao, nor was he thrown into the Burial Mounds resulting him in not inventing demonic cultivation.

Thus the powerful weapon, that was the prime reason for the cultivation world winning the war with the Wen Sect, the Stygian Tiger amulet, was not invented yet.

How were they going to win against Wen Ruohan?

Wait...

They did have an advantage this time. The Jiang and Lan disciples were safe. None of the sects were too injured. Only Lotus Pier had to be rebuilt after the war. But that's another story.

They also have the Dafan Wens who could help them with the healing.

But what about the final battle?

What would happen?

How will they win?

It was so awfully confusing. Did they really need someone to be a demonic cultivator?

'Hold up, I am a demon. So does that mean I can do demonic stuff and help them?'

Yes!

She couldn't make the Stygian Tiger Amulet, but she could help with her own demonic powers.

With all the heirs safe and sound with little to no casualties, they could win this war.

But first of all...

Tian Xing had to kill Wen Chao. But that's a distant matter.

"Xing-jie, what are you thinking about?" came a voice.

Tian Xing jerked away from her thoughts. She was sitting in the infirmary and didn’t realise people had come to visit her.

...The number of visitors surprised her even more. There was Lan WangJi, Wei WuXian, Jiang Cheng, Yu ZiYuan and Jiang FengMian.

Tian Xing's eyes hardened as she laid her gaze on the Jiang couple. Wei WuXian stiffened on the spot, understanding the tension building up.

"Xing-jie-"
"Sect Leader Jiang, Madam Yu, why have you two come to visit me? I assume it’s important business."

Yu ZiYuan flinched slightly, Jiang FengMian almost looked like a piece of wood, so stiff his body became.

Tian Xing neon yellow eyes were animalistic and distorted. Jiang Cheng gulped, he spoke, "Ah...well they- we all just came to visit you."

Tian Xing lessened her glare and looked at Jiang Cheng and Wei WuXian,  before smiling, "Thank you. I am sorry for worrying everyone."

Wei WuXian smiled, "We are the ones who should thank you. For your help. Things could have ended differently if you hadn’t warned us back there."
