"Eh?" Your group said in unison.

Once again he sighed heavily and brought a chair over to your table.
"His parents were famous magical healers, everyone knew their names" He took the opportunity to glance around the library to make sure no one was listening in but its a library so you guys were the only ones.

"His mother especially, she wanted him to live up to her expectations and to carry on her legacy"
"Ehh... so much so that from the moment he woke up and the moment he slept every part of his day was planned for him. It was apart of her education programme she made for him"

"Sounds pretty lame...." Grime pointed out the obvious.

"Mhm~ I remember when I met him and he was studying in his room... poor guy looked bored out of his mind" You sighed dramatically as you also plopped your head on the palm of your hand.

"He even mastered his signature spell by the time he was just ten years old and is a top student in all his classes.." Trey spoke slightly above a mutter.
"I can't imagine how hard he must have had it" He seemed to recall something and spared a glance to you.

You heard a scoff escape from Ace, no one else seemed to take note of it. That or they were purposely ignoring him.

"That sounds horrible.." At Yuu's comment you began to wonder what Yuu's life was before he got into this school...what did he leave behind. Who did he leave behind?

You were taken away from your thoughts when the conversation continued.
"Because if it, Riddle sees the enforcement of strict rules as a kind of 'service' to his dorm members. He sees it as a fast track to personal growth"

"More like a prison sentence" Ace stared while leaning back into his chair.

"Hm... yet on the flip side he sees a violation of those rules as an offence. Being ungrateful to his help." He looked over to Ace specifically.

"I guess that makes sense, since rules make him who he is" Ace said in thought.

"Look..." Trey leaned over the table, closer to you all.
"I totally get why you see Riddle as a tyrant, and why you disapprove of his methods but...I just can't hold that against him.. you know?"

A sad...meow? Filled the room. You weren't entirely sure what the noise was  but it came from Grim.

"Wow.. so that's why he's like that..." Deuce leaned on his hand, like you were, near you.

A moment of silence enveloped the room as everyone took in the information. You just went back to reading your book because you experienced his story first hand.

"Mhm. Now I get it" Ace broke the silence which also broke your concentration on your book.
"So it's your fault Riddle like this" He calmly stated while pointing at Trey.

"Huh!?" Everyone around the table exclaimed.

"Riddle didn't get to choose his parents, but you know what his parents did to him and that it was wrong" Ace seemed angry at Trey.

"I mean.. yeah?" He responded questioningly.

"Mhm. Yeah well, now Riddle is making the exact same mistake his parents did and yet you're going easy on him because he had it rough as a kid? Where do you think that's leading" Ace leaned on the section of table infront of Trey so that Trey could only look at him.

The room filled with silence once more due to everyone's shock. Soon after Trey's face contorted into anger, something you haven't seen from Trey in quite some time.

"Ace, man come on.." Deuce spoke softly trying to get the red head to lighten up on the opposing person.

"So why don't you just say something Hmm? Are you too afraid it will be 'Off with your head' too? Pathetic!" Ace spoke without removing his cold gaze from Trey.

'Ah so he's going harsh detective on him...' You sweatdropped a little.

Your head instantly whipped around to the door when someone burst though it. Rather loudly may I add, despite being in a library.

"You there! Be quiet, you're in a library!" He shouted in the library.

You deadpanned at him once he noticed how many people were actually in the library.
"Oh!" He cleared his throat from the slight embarrassment.
"My apologies... let us strive to maintain the library as a sanctuary of peace and quite" He whisper shouted getting closer  to your table.

"What are you doing here anyways, headmage?" Yuu tilted his head slightly as he asked.

The headmage seemed to get nervous at his question and glanced over to a bookshelf just to the left of your table.
"I uh.... I'm researching ways to send you home! Just as I promised, for i am gracious!" He nervously grinned.
"Ahm... what are you all discussing with such grim faces?"

"Well since......" Deuce had begun to explain he situation but you drifted off to sleep while reading your book.
