Daddy?????????????

CHAPTER TWO

What was I thinking? I scolded myself .
"Sir please let go of my hand."
"No. Go take a seatover there I'm coming." I wanted to rebel but my body moved toward the seating area and I sat down.

I realized just how tired I was after seating on the plumb cushioning . It felt like seating on a  cloud. It out a loud exhale and sank deeper into the cushions.
I laid my head back and closed my eyes.
I could rest just for a few minutes and then leave.

"Don't sleep yet sweet one let me take care of you." I pried my eyes open for a bit and saw that he had returned with a first aid kit.

My eyes desperately wanted to close so I closed them for a bit.
I jersey when he doused my hand in some spirit. Tears immediately gathered inside my eyes.
." Sorry sweetheart but I need to do this ok."
I whimpered when he used a swab of cotton wool and some iodine solution on it.

I roughly bit on my bottom lip to keep my cries . It hurt so bad.
He wrapped it in some pink bandage and placed a kiss on my hand.
"You'll get well soon. Let me get you some painkillers. "

After a moment he came back with a glass of water and two pills. I gulped when I saw hiw big they were. I am also not a fan of pills.
He brought them to my lips and I shook my head.
"You have to take them sweet one."
He tried again but i still refused. I would surely  choke on them.
He placed the glass down and did something I hadn't expected.
He broke my pills into smaller pieces and this time I swallowed them down.

He gently carrassed my head as I closed my eyes I was so damn sleepy.
"You can sleep sweet one."
His words were the last shove I needed as I drifted into sleep.

ZAKE.

He looked so sweet an fragile. How had such a delicate person gotten so hurt.
His burn looked so painful and I felt my heart break as he whimpered in pain as I tended to him.

From the first moment I saw him I felt an instant attraction to him. He looked do fragile and I wanted to hold and protect him.
I laid him down on the couch and removed his speakers. He had on hello kitty socks and I found myself smiling. He was just perfect.

I positioned him well talk he wouldn't hurt his hand and used the throw blanket to cover him up. His good hand came closer to his face and his thumb slipped into his mouth. The room was filled with his gentle sucking noise .

Was he a little?
I let go of that thought I didn't want to assume stuff like I usually do and end up hurt and hurting others.

My phone rang breaking the silence and I dashed for it silencing it . I looked back at Theo and saw he had his nose scrunched up a bit but let go. He went back to his sucking.

"Zake." I answered the phone.
"Hey sweetie. How are you doing?" I sighed as I looked at the roses.
"I'm good mother what do you want."

"I wanted to remind you that today was my birthday . Did you forget ? " She wanted something expensive like always.
"Don't worry about that I'm busy right now." I hang up after that.

I called for my driver and told him to be silent as he entered my office. When he came he took the roses which were to be delivered to my mother and I asked him to pick up some sort of jewelry on the way maybe some necklace and a box of caviar.

That would pacify her for a bit. He nodded and left but not before stealing a glance at my boy.
My eyes widened at that thought.  Mine?? I had to stop being silly.

His stomach rumbed like a little storm and I found myself chuckling a bit . He must be hungry.

I placed an order for some food from my favourite Italian restaurant. I wasn't sure he would eat so I also ordered some pizza just in case. I'm not much afan of the unhealthy options but I let it slide.

I orders some macaroons and ice cream as desert and threw in a fruit juice . The food would arrive in the next thirty minutes I'm sure he'll be awake by then.

I got going on some files I had and I actually felt at peace. The silence was not overpowering like it usually is and my work became easier actually.

I was broken from my work by a knock which I assumed was the food.
I stood quickly and picked it. I placed everything on my desk and decided to add Theo some five more minutes of sleep.

When his stomach growled again I decided to wake him up.
"Theo baby it's time to wake up." I gently shook him by his shoulder.
"No daddy....." His voice was so cute and small. He turned his body to face the couch and continued to snuggle into the blankets.

I turned him back and began rubbing his tummy. If he were a little it would take some time buy this would wake him up.
His lashes started fluttering and soon I saw his green orbs. They were like gems.

He had a pout on his face and brought both hands to rub at his eyes but I held back the injured one. He let out a little whine that made me chuckle.

"Come on prince, you should eat." I helped him stand and he started looking around as if he had forgotten where he was.
He turned his head in my direction and I noticed his eyes were a bit glazed over.

I helped him stand and walked him over to our temporary dining table. I served him a bit of my ravioli and some salad.
He held onto his spoon awkwardly with his left hand and took a spoonful of the food.

He smiled a bit and started kicking his feet as he chewed. I  spooned some salad for him but he turned his head.

"Good boys eat their veggies Theo." I said my voice coming out as dominant. His eyes widened and he immediately opened up. I smirked at this and fed him little bites. He wanted the pizza next so I let him eat that with his juice as I finished off on my food.

I liked that he was a good eater. He pushed the containers away when he was full. I brought over the macaroons and let him pick one . He chose the green one and I smiled at him as he ate.

When we were done i cleaned up the space ,quietly watching him as his feet swayed absently.
" Zake my man!" My best friend walked into my office loudly.  I had forgotten that he came everyday.

I turned to Theo just in time to see when he got shocked out of his headspace. He looked around and seemed confused when he saw he was by my desk. He quickly stood up.

I growled lowly so as not to scare him."You should learn how to knock asshole."

I walked over to Theo and patted his head lightly.
"I need to go." He immediately dashed out of the office. He hasn't taken the money for the delivery and I doubt they had other modes of payment.

I sighed and turned to my friend my eyes must have spoken volumes because he gave a nervous laugh and left.
