Chapter 11

"Do you want to be my girlfriend?" Leah asked

"What?"

"Do you want to be-"

"Are you serious?" I asked

"Y-"

"Leah what are you doing here?" Sarina said

"I forgot my phone"

"Y/n what are you doing here?"

"I- I was- I was helping Leah"

"So you two are late because of Leah's phone. Is your phone more importan-"

"No coach I'm sorry, this is my fault" Leah said

"Its a friendly game so you two are lucky- next time I will send you two home- Let's go now" Sarina said

We arrived at the stadium 30 minutes later

After doing our warming up I sat down on the bench

Minute 47:

Netherlands - England > 1 - 3

Sarina turned around

"Y/n, warming up" She said

I got up

Am I really making my debut for England today?

After 15 minutes Sarina called me again

Minute 63:

Substitute: Y/n Y/l/n > Millie Bright

I was playing next to Leah

"You got this" Leah said

We were playing for a couple minutes when Beth scored

We celebrated the goal

Some minutes later

I was running with the ball when I felt something weird in my hamstring

Not right now

I can't be injured after playing for 5 fucking minutes

After passing the ball to Leah I tried to walk it off

It wasn't working, my leg was still hurting

There was a substitute from the Netherlands

I decided to sit down

Lucy walked over to me

"Are you okay?" She asked

I shook my head no

"My hamstring"

Leah kneeled down besides me

"What's wrong?" Leah asked

"My hamstring"

She placed her hand on my knee

"Is it hurting bad?" She asked

"Not too bad but it doesn't feel good"

They helped me to get up

"Do you think you can continue?" The medical asked

I shook my head no

They helped me getting up

I slowly walked off the pitch

I walked past Sarina

"I'm sorry Sarina" I said

She looked at me before turning back to the field

Some minutes later

"I'm gonna get some more ice" He said and walked away
