The car moved on at a neutral pace, occasionally hitting large rocks and potholes along the way. I sit back in my seat, being cautious of my posture. Thing lay comfortably in my bag by my side. I wonder how he feels after such a treacherous event.

My phone lets out an ungodly noise—one I never thought I'd of all people fall victim to. I pick up my phone only to see a text notification from an unknown contact. To my surprise, the texts included two pictures: one of Tyler and I at the weathervane, and one of Xavier and I in his bedroom.
"I'm watching you 👀" the text message below read, followed by an almost laugh worthy video-image of me being impaled in the head with a knife. My very first stalker. Things are about to get a lot more interesting.
I can't wait to return to Nevermore.
