-ɪ ᴡᴀɴᴛ ᴛᴏ sᴛᴀɴᴅ ʙʏ ʜɪs sɪᴅᴇ-

Rain's p.o.v

I was waiting outside of the exam hall, seeing sky presenting inside, the past few days were like hell, me failing to submit my assignment on time and breaking down in front of p phayu, everything is messed up in my head but I'm sure of one thing, I want to prove myself to p phayu, I want to be capable enough to stand by his side so he never pushes me away like that night,

You must be thinking Why I'm so desperate, the answer is I don't know, it's just so peaceful around him, he just makes everything a bit better, I don't know how,

Flashback to a few days ago-

I was busy eating my noodles when I felt an intense gaze on me, looking to my other side I saw p phayu looking at me with his usual intense sharp gaze which always makes me nervous

"what you looking at?" I said chewing my noodles when he replied "the person who's eating" he said making me shy

"I know I'm eating but I will lose my appetite with your stare" I whined with a pout and he replied "but you almost finished the food," he said and I start finishing the left one "because I'm hungry," I said

"seriously," he said getting up from his couch and sitting beside me "you are eating like a baby, there's food on your lip," he said coming closer to my face he wipes my lips with his thumb when my eyes travel to his lips, I miss the way his lips felt against mine, I lowered my eyes biting my own lips,

"just so you know I don't date underage," he said gaining my attention again, I looked at him with serious and replied "I'm 19 years old" I replied and he bit his inner cheek mocking me "that means I can kiss you," he said and I smiled "you already kissed me" I replied

"does it count, all I tasted was blood," he said as I  give it thought "then," I said pausing to get closer to his face "kiss me again," I said looking at his face as he smirks and held my face in his hand getting closer to my face, making I breathe hitch, I closed my eyes feeling his hot warm breath fanning my lips, waiting for his lips to touch mine when I heard

"rain" he said and I replied "yes?" with my closed eyes when he decided to drop this bomb on me "you shouldn't come here" he said and I immediately opened my eyes looking at him, fear visible on my face, "what you mean by this, don't joke this like" I said holding his hand waiting for him to tell me that it's a joke "are you annoyed with me" I asked  "I know I'm annoying but I won't bother you again, I'm sorry" I said and keep talking "I won't sneak in anymore, I won't mess up with you anymore but please don't forbid me from coming here" I said looking at his face but he was avoiding eye contact

"listen to me rain" he said as I went quiet, "I'm not annoyed with you" he said when I decided to speak but he cut in again "what I said about managing your time, you are only in first year but what about later, rain before designing someone's house you have to design your own life, and if you are serious about pursing me you need to understand I don't want spur of moment relationship, if you can't be serious about your life, how can I except a serious relationship" he said caressing my face and I hold his hand,

"this is how I am rain and if you can't accept it then don't come here again" he said making my heart skip a beat, I hold his hand tighter and replied "what if I prove myself that I can be responsible, can I come here then" I said looking into his eyes please p phayu don't push me away, "not until you prove yourself" he said "but for now finish your dinner and sleepover" he said removing his hand as he looked at me "I send you home tomorrow" he said handing me cup of noodles as he went away leaving me there with my thought and this weird pang in my heart.

End of flashback-

I got out of my thought when I saw sky leaving the exam hall, he looked happy but not satisfied and it's my turn now, time to prove yourself rain I said to myself as I took long breathe holding the design model I decided to step inside

Phayu's p.o.v

It was one of those busy days in my life where I have to take care of office work and my family business, since dad is gone to Malaysia for some business meeting with uncle kinn, me and pai has to take care of some business on our own,

I can see my younger brother is kinda frustrated as he keep yelling while negotiating with some local dealer which is so not him, but I care less about it cause my mind was busy thinking about a specific boy who made me smiled,

rain has been working a lot these past days, and I'm proud of him, to be honest I miss him a lot I haven't heard from him whole day, and I can't even call him cause my phone is dead, and on top of this, the weather is not helping, rain is falling outside and it is also making me miss my rain, I was sooo lost in rain's thoughts that I didn't heard the person in front of us calling me

"mr Venice" he said gaining my attention as I looked at him and then I noticed pai is giving me weird look, "mr phoenix asking for lower prices when we decided to sell on market rates" he said as I understood what is going on

"you tried to backstab us and sell our supplies to other gangs and when they betrayed you we still decided to be kind with you and not kill you WHAT ELSE YOU WANT!" I said slapping the table hard which made the guy flinch,

"but- he decided to speak when pai cuts his sentence "yes or no" he said getting up from his chair as he fixed his red suit and went closer to guy with smile,

"we can still get the supplies you know, think about yourself, you are losing your top clients" he said putting his hand on the man's shoulder who was literally shivering by now, pai looked at me with smirk as I understood and got up from my seat, we decided to leave when we heard him saying "okay I agree" he said behind us as we smirked looking at each other and turned around

"it is deal than" pai said with his formal smile as we both left the place without saying anything, cause the further paper work process will be done by our papas

"what's up with you bro" pai asked as soon as we got inside the car, but I was busy plugging my phone with a charger, as soon my phone opened my eyes went wide, it was rain's calls, around 20 missed calls, I gulp the knot in my throat I don't wanna say it loud but I'm scared, I' m scared of him failing his exam, although I'm confident of him but I'm scared too

"pai" I said putting my phone aside as I looked at my brother who nodded, "yes" he asked as I bit my lips, I know he will kill me but I know him he would never leave me alone if I tell him truth,

"can you please check the tires, I feel like they are leaking" I said as he made o mouth and nodded, he opened the door as I grab the keys, "sorry brother" I said starting the car as soon as he left and close the door,

"PHAYUUUUU WHAT THE FUCK!" I heard him yelling as I roll down the window and replied

"SORRY EMERGENCY!" I replied as I saw him through front mirror he was  showing his both middle fingers in air,

"sorry brother, it's wifey call" I mumbled driving my car to my home cause I know after so many call he must be at my home,

"please be fine rain" I thought driving fast through the heavy downpour.
