Back in Canada

I wake up and I look at my phone and it's already 12:17 fuck I didn't hear my alarm, thank god it was weekend but I know how much my parents hate it if I wake up late

I change in normal clothes and I do my makeup and I go down stairs where I see my friends and my parents

"Do you decided to skip breakfast I see" my mom says

"I didn't hear my alarm" I say to my mom

I was first a little confused to see my friends here but then I realized we always meet up every Sunday at 12:00

My parents left the room and I go sit on the couch

"Are you oke Clara?" Sophia asked me

"Yea I'm oke" I say

We talk a little about some gossip around in the city and all the things I have missed

For the first time I was like quite and I didn't say almost anything and mostly I talk like very much 'did this trip change me?' I think in my head but my thoughts got disturbed by maya asking me something

"Mhm, what did you say?" I asked her

"I asked you how your trip was, but are you oke your quiet and like not here with your thoughts" she says

"I'm oke like I said just tired from the jet lag" I say and they all look at me

"You tired? I though Clara Clarice Martin Wilson couldn't get tired" Jenna  says and they all chuckled

And I just fake smile

It's Monday and I got just back from university and i sit with Jenna and Sophia in a little cafe

"Did you hear what Ginny did?" Sophia asked me and Jenna
Ginny is a girl at our university and my friend group doesn't really like her we were friends with her but then she stared rumors about us

They talked a little more about that Ginny thing, it was something that she was trying to get a relationship with one of our friends Jason

I got a message on my phone and I saw that it was Charles, me and Charles texted a little sinds we both left the Mykonos

And I smiled at my phone

"With who are you texting?" Jenna asked me

"Don't ask it's probably her boyfriend Lance" Sophia says, they knew I broke up with him but they still believe that I get back with him eventually

"Umm.. no it's not Lance" I say and I lock my phone

"Who is it then your new lover?" Jenna asked

"It's no one just someone I met in the Mykonos" I say

It was the next day and I walked through the halls of my university

"Is it me or is Clara changed? Not the outside but just like how she is" I hear Sophia saying to Jenna and Maya

"Yea your right, I don't know what that trip did to her but it changed her" Maya says and I saw that Jenna nodded

'They are right that trip changed me but I think it changed me good because before this trip I was really a rich bitch if I can be honest' I think in my head

I walk by them and they noticed I heard everything they said and I walked outside of the university building and I call Taylor and he drives me home

"Hey what are you doing home already?" My mom asked me when I walk through the living room

"I went home" I say and I walk to the kitchen where I saw my dad talking with Lance, I haven't spoken to him sinds I broke up with him, he tried to talk with me but I didn't let him

"Hey" he says and looks at me

"Hi" I say and I get a glass of water and I walk out of the kitchen
