Chapter 1: Terrible News (For The Others, Not Percy)

PERCY JACKSON'S POV:

    I walked out of my cabin, when I ran into the Stolls. They both seem serious, which is not a good sign. The Stolls are never serious unless war! And even then they weren't serious.

   Oh wait, never mind. False call. They were just hiding their troublemaker grin. uh-oh!

"Hey Percy! There's a," Travis calls out to me.

  "Cabin counsellor meeting in," Connor continues.

  "Ten minutes!" They both finish together. And they ran off.

   "Ok!" I scream after them.

  I found Annabeth so I walked up to her.

  "Hey Anna!" I greeted her.

  "I told you not to call me that!" She replies.

    "Ok, ok. By the way, meeting in 5 minutes. Race ya?" I tell her.

   "You're on!" She says.

  And with that we sped off to the big house.

  And we were the last ones there.

    "The lovebirds finally arive," Clarisse mocks us.

    "Finaly finished the bickering?" Leo asks mockingly.

    "It's not like you and Calypso doesn't," I reply sassily.

    "Oooooh, Leo just got burned," Piper says dramatically.

     "You want some water for that burn?" Jason adds.

    "Shut up!" Katie scolds.

  Chiron the entered the meeting room. In the middle there was a pool table and we were eating snacks. We use this room also for war meetings. Demigod meetings are weird. But eh, we're different and proud!

     "It has come to the gods attention that you do not spend enough time with your mortal parents."

      "That's because they're dead!" Nico and Leo says sadly loudly. This causes a gloomy effect, most demigods didn't have good relationships with their parents. And the demigods that did have saw them die, or they died. My mom was an exception.

     Chiron -who noticed the gloom- tried to cheer everyone up. Key word: Tried.  "Don't worry they're in a better place now. Anyways for the ones that do have." He pauses. "They're mortal families will come in Mortal Families Month."

    There was a silence as we took in the words. Then came cries of protest.

    "MY MOM HATES WAR AND EVERYTHING ARES CABIN LOVES!" Clarisse screams louder than Hera when Zeus sires a demigod.

    "OUR PARENTS DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE GODS!" Some people reasoned.

    "MY DAD WENT CRAZY WHEN HE FOUND OUT!" Piper exclaims worriedly.

"THEY'RE GOING TO BRING ME OUT!" Somebody screams.

"Calm down. Calm down!" Chiron Says making us calmer. "Mortals that are like Piper's dad will not come." Piper let out a sigh of relief. "Hecate will remove the Mist here." A few people groaned. "Step and adopted family can come, so do cousins and aunts." Louder groans and protests. "The ones that do not have can hang out with the others."

On that happy note, we left to breakfast.
