Some people have said it tastes like beef or veal; others have argued that it tastes like pork. They have said that the ribs and thighs are some of the sweeter parts. Jeffrey Dahmer said it tasted like pulled pork. Armin Meiwes stated that it was more like pork, but some parts were too rubbery and bitter to eat. He seasoned it with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and garlic. He was able to store it for about 20 months, consuming around 40-44 lbs of it that he obtained from Bernd Brandes.

There is much research that goes into this, much research that goes into how to prepare it, how to hunt for it, and how to get away with it. This is all research that had to be done before I searched for my first meal.
