The Unknown

“Asher you said i could pay” 

“Pay back for yesterday” i say and wink at her 

“Asshole” she whispers under her breath, i lean down and whisper in her ear

“I heard that” she rolls her eyes and goes to wait for her drink 

After she gets her drink we walk out the coffee shop and drive to the park, she gets out and waits for me to get out, she grabs my hand and starts dragging me over to a little trail on the other side of the park

“Where are you taking me Ally” i say but she doesn’t answer she keeps dragging me through the trail till we reach a little ledge on the side of the trail leaning over a small waterfall

“Oh so you brought me here to push me off the ledge and drown me?” i say and she laughs at me 

“No, i brought you here because it’s pretty and when i first moved here i would go here and read” she says looking over the ledge at the trees moving with the wind 

“How did you find this place” 

“I was walking around the park a couple weeks after i moved and found the trail then ended up finding this” she says still looking at the trees

“Why did you move to seattle” i asks and she lets a little laugh out and says 

“My parents kicked me out because i refused to go to college, so i picked a place and moved, why did you move to seattle” she says looking at me 

“I move around a lot, and Oliva wanted to try seattle out so we moved here, we’ve been here for about a year now”

“Why do you move around a lot” she says, god i hate explaining things, especially when i have to lie

“Olivia gets bored with places and has her husband wrapped around her finger, so when she wants to move, we pack up and move” i say and look away from her, i don’t want to lie to her but i can’t tell her the truth

“What about your parents, and why do you move with them” well isn’t she just filled with questions today

“My parents died when i was 15 and Chris and Olivia are the only family i have” she looks at me with a sorry look in her eyes

“I’m sorry” she says and grabs my hand. I look down at her, she looks at me and i can’t help myself, i shouldn’t but fuck it 

I lean down and kiss her. She flinches a little but relaxes and kisses me back. I hold her face in my hands and keep kissing her, she puts her arms around my neck and keeps kissing me back. I could kiss her for years without no stopping. She pulls away and tries to catch her breath. Kinda forgot she needs to breathe.

“Ally” i go to say but she cuts me off. “Shut up” she says and kisses me. She puts her arms back around my neck and pulls me closer to her, I put my hands on her hips softly squeezing them. We continue to kiss for a few seconds but then my phone rings 

“God damnit” i say while pulling away from her lips, i look at my phone and see Chris is calling 

“What” i say answering the phone

“Get here now and bring Ally, i know she’s with you, Olivia saw you two leave last night” Chris says he sounds pissed. Fuck. Me.

“Okay we’re coming” i say them hang up 

I look at Ally and see her looking at me, her cheeks are so red. She looks so cute

“Come on we gotta go to Olivia”s house” she looks at me and she looks scared. “No one is there anymore, it’s only Chris and Olivia” I say and she nods. I grab her hand and we walk out of the trail. When we got back to my car I opened her door for her, she smiles at me and gets in.

When we get to Chris’s house she gets out and grabs my hand, we walk inside and i hear Chris yell for us in their living room. We walk in and we both sit down on the couch.

“Okay so what the hell happened last night” Chris says standing up from the couch now standing in front of all of us

“Some guys were trying to hurt Ally so i threw him into the wall and took her to my house” i say and Ally holds onto my hand tighter 

“Why was she even here last night” Chris says looking over at Ally

“Ask your wife” I say and Olivia looks at me like she’s about to kill me

“Olivia how many times do we have to go over this, absolutely not, we’ve been through this a million times” Chris says and Olivia gives him her award winning sad face to make him feel bad 

“She was new and i just wanted to be nice, i wanted her to have fun” She says then looks at Ally

“Yeah well you being nice almost got her killed and then we move again Olivia” i say, i can feel Ally looking at me. Fuck. Good luck explaining this one Asher.

“I’m sorry Ally, i didn’t think that would happen” Olivia says and Ally just nods at her 

“Well now we have a big ass hole in our wall, thanks Asher” Chris says and i flip him off 

After Chris finished the thousand hour lecture me and Ally left, i’m hoping she forgot about what i said and doesn’t question it. But knowing her she will have a shit ton of questions later. The drive back to my house was quiet, neither of us talked the whole way back. When we got back i went around and opened her door for her, she gives me a small smile and walks to the house with me.When we get inside we go into the living room and sit on the couch.

“How about we watch a movie and order food, i know you’re hungry” i say and her face lights up when i mentioned food

“Yes holy fuck i’m starving” 

“If you were hungry why didn’t tell me i would have gotten you something love” 

“I don’t know” she says and i lean over and kiss her, i can’t get enough of this girl. She makes me feel human again. I pull away and she pouts at me

“I’m gonna go order the food, what do you want” i say and she shrugs her shoulders and tells me to pick something. God save me. 

Ally

He walks out the living room to order our food, I sit there and think about everything that’s happened in the last two days. I almost get assaulted at a party, Asher tells me how he feels about me even though I was half asleep. I remember what he said, he kissed me? Asher kissed me. I kissed him back, I haven't kissed in so long, but god damn i couldn’t stop kissing him, it felt so right but also so wrong.

I barely know him, but I want to get to know him. I just hope he isn’t playing with my feelings. He said he moves around a lot, what if he moves and doesn’t tell me.

he just like he said “Pack up and move the next day”. I really hope he doesn’t.

He comes back in and sits back on the couch with me, he pulls me closer to him and I cuddle into his side. We turn on a random movie and I eat but he doesn’t, he said he wasn’t hungry but he hasn’t eaten anything today or drank anything.

Its weird but i don’t say anything.
