Everyone worried about Scott, while they knew about him being an ex-con it was clear that he was trying to make up for that. He was a good man who did some bad things.
"I'll be fine. I have been to the Quantum Realm and back. If I can do that then I can survive a explosion."
"No offence Scott," Hope said. "But you survived off of sheer dumb luck. You nearly got stuck in there forever. And you also nearly went insane and died."

There was a moment of silence for the fallen hero before Hope exploded in a different way than Scott.
"SEE! JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN SURVIVE A QUICK TRIP TRIP TO THE QUANTUM REALM DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN SURVIVE AN EXPLOSION!"
"Hope," Scott began. "I know that I may have died, but at least others survived. Try and be optimistic."
