Harry's POV.

I was eating a brownie that Emma made for me while reading Pride and Prejudice for my book report. Well I was trying to read it, but my mind kept wondering back to Emma. It's been over a month since we first hung out and we've been hanging out everyday since then. We usually, go to the bakery where I work, or we go to the park. Emma's not one for going out though, so we mostly hang out at each others houses and watch movies and play games

I started blushing when I thought of what Emma and I are doing today. I wanted to make this special than hopefully she'll fall for me and tell me she loves me. You know, so I can win the bet. You sure that's the only reason. I sighed as my heart pounded against my rib cage. I need to set up some boundaries for myself, but I just can't

I slammed the book closed and threw it on my desk. Guess I'm not finishing that report today. It's due on Monday anyway, and todays Friday so I'll finish it tomorrow. I checked the time. 4:20pm. Emma's gonna be here in ten minutes. I got up and changed into a black button up shirt, skinny jeans and boots

I quickly put on some cologne and looked at myself in the mirror. I nodded and I heard a knock on the door. I ran downstairs and slowed down when I reached the living room so it didn't seem like I was running towards her. I stood at the door looking at her and she smiled. I smiled and waved still not opening the door

She tried the door, but it was locked. I smirked and she shook her head. "You gonna let me freeze out here" I scanned her over. She was wearing a black hoodie, a blue beanie, skinny blue jeans and brown Uggs, she looked beautiful. "You look warm, you'll be fine" I smirked. She huffed, turned around and started walking away

"NO" I yelled and unlocked the door, opened it and ran out and grabbed her and carried her over my shoulder. "LET ME DOWN" "NEVER" I said running into my house and into the living room. "HARRY PUT ME DOWN" She yelled, while laughing. I started spinning faster and faster

"HARRY" She screamed. I chuckled and set her down in front of me. She held onto me for balance then stood up straighter. I let her go, and we were staring at each other for a while. I smirked at her. "What" before she could process what was happening, I tackled her and we both fell onto the couch

"Ugh" she groaned and I laughed. I looked at her and saw she was smiling. "What the hell dude" she chuckled. I pushed some braids out of her face and leaned in closely. Her breath hitched and she started shaking. I looked into her eyes and bit my lip. "It's okay, you're safe I promise" I have to reassure her a lot but, I don't mind. As long as she knows she's safe

She nodded and we both took some deep breaths. I caressed her cheek and leaned in again. I pressed my lips against hers and I felt as though my body was dangerously close to a burning fire. I sighed and reveled in the moment for a while. Have you ever felt as though your entire body is on fire but from the inside and it hurts so bad, but you also never want it to stop. That's how I feel right now

I slowly pulled away from her and I looked into her eyes and stroked her cheek. I could stare into her big brown eyes all day if I could. I rested my forehead against hers and tried to calm my racing heart. "Ready to go" I smiled and she nodded. I got off her and helped her up and left a note for mum and walked out the door hand and hand with Emma. Hopefully, she likes this

Emma's POV.

I walked through Holmes Chapel hand and hand with Harry and my heart was pounding as if it were a train pounding down the tracks. I don't know if it was because I'm starting to like him, or because just one month ago, he was pounding me into the ground. I sighed, I'm not good with feelings

"You Okay Louie" My head snapped up to look at Harry. "Y-yeah I'm f-fine" I blushed and he narrowed his eyes at me. "I'm just tired, we've been walking for ages" He slowly nodded and stood in front of me and bent down. "What are you doing?" "Climb up" I chuckled. "I don't know Harry"

"Louie, it's okay" I nodded and climbed on his back and held on tight. I smiled and smelled his hair silently. Old spice shampoo. He smells nice. "Mm" I heard Harry chuckle. "You're not falling asleep are you" I blushed. "No" I whispered, and I could tell he was smirking. We walked for another ten minutes then he stopped

"Okay, now you have to wear this" he said while pulling out a blindfold. I furrowed my brow at him. "What why" I asked totally confused. "Do you trust me" My heart was making it's way up my throat. I shrugged. "I don't know" I whispered. That's not exactly true. I don't trust him fully, but I did trust him sometimes in certain situations

"Well, trust me this time" I nodded and got off his back. He walked behind me and put the blindfold on me. "Alright now walk. Don't worry, I got you" I slowly walked forward. He was holding onto my waist and I started shaking. Oh no. Not again. "It's okay Louie. You're here with me, I'll keep you safe"

I let out a breath of relief. I did feel safe around him sometimes. Like when he reassures me like that I feel safe. I suddenly stopped. "Okay, you can take the blindfold off now" he whispered. I slowly took the blindfold off and saw, we were on top of the hill and there was a blanket with a picnic basket and pillows and fake candles and flowers all around

"Harry, did you so all this for me" "Yeah, kind of" he blushed and I turned around and hugged him tightly. "No one's ever done anything like this for me. I absolutely love it" I gushed. "You're welcome Louie. Come on" He pulled away from me, and led me to the picnic area and he sat me down

He pulled the basket towards him and he pulled out two Caesar salad wraps, chips, fruit salad and a big chocolate chip cookie. "I was thinking we could share the cookie" I nodded rapidly. "That would be great Harry" I smiled. He passed me a wrap and he poured some cranberry juice into a wine glass

I looked at him confused. "Since you don't drink" he smiled. I blushed. "You remembered" I whispered. He nodded. "Of course I remembered" He smiled. "Thank you Harry" He nodded and we ate in comfortable silence. Most people hate that I don't talk much but Harry doesn't mind which I'm glad about

After we finished eating, it was pitch dark out. It gets dark out early this time of year. I checked my watch. 6:05pm. I looked at the sky and saw stars. I always thought Holmes Chapel was beautiful at night. All the sudden I felt Harry grab my hips and place me in his lap. I tensed up at the sudden contact but he rubbed my back and whispered in my ear

"Look up Louie" I looked at the sky and bit my lip. "You see that, all those stars. Don't focus on anything else, just those stars" he whispered and I felt myself become lolled. "What shapes do you see" "Um, I see an umbrella" he looked up at the sky. "Where" "Right there" I said tracing it in the sky with my finger

"That's not an umbrella, that's an alien, pushing a baby carriage" I laughed so loud that it echoed. I quickly covered my mouth and hid my face. I felt Harry push me away from him gently. "Don't" He whispered. "You don't have to hide anymore. Not from me" I blushed as my heart made it's way up my throat

He leaned in and kissed both my cheeks and I gave him an Eskimo kiss. He blushed really hard. I kissed his cheek and he laid us down on the blanket and we both looked up at the sky. That's when I knew, this isn't a game to him. He genuinely likes me. It's okay to fall, and in that moment I fell for my bully. Harry styles.
