"Yup, totally missed you too...brother," she said through gritted teeth. With that she ran upstairs. And into what she guessed as her room before shutting the door and locking it. It was huge. The room was larger than the one she had in New Zealand. Her father bought this house just because she was moving to Seoul. He bought it and asked Yeo-jin, who moved away to Seoul 4 years before and became a well known Kpop star, to move in with his sister if he's not too busy.
Now, moving into a house with your Kpop idol brother seems like a dream. But to Yeona, it was a nightmare. In her mind, Yeo-jin will always remain to be the idiotic, jerk he always were towards her.
Yeona walked towards the big white desk near the wall and placed the helmet there. When a knock sounded on the door, Yeo-na made her way to there and opened the door, expecting her brother to be leaning against the doorframe, it surely did surprise her, when it was an elderly woman with her gray hair whitening in some places. "Welcome, Miss Choi."
Yeona was dumbstruck. "Ms, So-shi??" she exclaimed, "I haven't seen you in ages!" she wrapped her arms around the elderly woman as she returned the teenager's actions. So-shi was the maid who used to work in the Choi family's house before they moved to Seoul. "You've grown darling," she said patting Yeona on her cheek. "And you haven't aged a day," Yeona smiled as she said that.
It wasn't quite true, last time she saw her was about 10 years ago, when Yeona was 8. "I heard you were a model?" she asked.
It was true. Yeona was, indeed, a model. She had to quit about a year ago in order to focus on her studies and her life.
"Yes, aunty." Aunty. That's what Yeona used to call the maid. She was like a mother to the younger girl, she'd comfort her everyday after her father beat her up, even for the littlest things. The maid would even be a mother figure to fill the missing spot in the teenager's life, after her biological mother left for some other millionaire. She remembered, that day, her brother was with her grandparents and no matter what she did, Yeona wasn't allowed to go. After all, Mr and Mrs. Choi only preferred the male child. The "golden boy". The boy who would "carry the family line/name." Yeona learned from a very young age to not let that bullshit get to her head.
"Miss..?" So-shi stated, snapping the girl to reality.
"Uh- Please call me Yeona, were friends remember?" she said. "Yes, miss- I mean, Yeona sweetie."
She smiled. A comfortable silence filled the room.
"Your school uniform has been ironed and hung in your closet. I'd say, it's getting late and you can go and e-"
"School uniform?!" Yeona looked towards the maid, her eyes startled and curious. "Wha- School- When?"
"Saebom High-School."
"Sae- But why now? Can't I, like, you know, rest?" The girl questioned. "I don't know, dear, Mr. Choi gave the instructions like that."
"Oh."
"Yeah...Would you come down for dinner? Dinner's ready. So-shi questioned. "Great, sure. I'm starving."

"So, so, darling sister...How was Australia?"
"I think you meant New Zealand?" Yeona corrected while sipping on her wine. Currently, Yeo-jin and his sister were dining.
"Tsk Tsk, same thing." He slurped his ramen.
"No it's not. The accent is different. The flag is somewhat different. There are no dangerous animals in New Zealand. Zealand has all the volcanoes. Australia has all the deserts. One is better at celebrating its indigenous culture. Both have a different words for flip flops. Australia-" The girl listed all the different points to prove her brother's mistake.
"Okay Okay! Yeona, gosh, I understand!" He threw his hands in the air. "How was New Zealand?"
"Okay." Yeona stated bluntly.
"Aww, you missed me?" Yeo-jin pouted. "I probably missed everything but you."
"Aha! Still haven't changed? Have you, Yeona. You're still that sassy bitch you were when I last saw you 4 years ago."
Yeona just focused on her food. Trying to hide a little smirk forming on her lips. "I cleared my schedule tomorrow." Yeo-jin said, making Yeona look at him. "What?"
"I cleared my schedule or tomorrow so I can drop you to school."
"Thanks for the offer but no thank you."
"It wasn't an offer. And I obviously have to come. I cleared my schedule for something. And I have to do that something."
Yeona sighed, putting her utensil down. "Why are you being so nice? We loathed each other before."
"People change, Yeona. Overtime they do. Now, I've finished dinning. Good night, sister." with that Yeo-jin got up and walked away leaving Yeona staring at her plate of unfinished food.

A/N: Hey this was my first chapter and I'm aware that it isn't the best. Just to let ygs know, English is not my first language and I'm pretty sure you were aware of it. The main reason I decided to write this fanfiction was because how many of the other seojun fanfictions wrtn by people were just...well...complicated? I mean, I read this ff the other day where y/n was 4'5 and seojun 6'1 so uh yeh that was interesting, I mean, don't get me wrong the story was good but that one thing was just bothering me too much. Anddd also most of this ppl were making y/n feel like the side character and i absolutely hated it. None of these things would happen in any story I write so I just wanted to say that.
Anyways hope u leave some positive comments and stuff so have a nice day ty for giving this story a chance. <33
