Upon returning to the bakery, the couple saw people working on laptops, drinking coffee, and chatting with friends. An extended line accompanied Y/N as she stepped behind the counter blankly closing the walk-in window. 

"We have an order for a wedding," Leah softly explained, noticing her best friend's furrowed eyebrows and attempting to predict how she would react to this information. 

Though Y/n did not realize that she looked like she had seen a ghost, she was aware that she had stopped the shooting; she sat in her belly. In understanding that she needed to do something to divert her attention from the events that had occurred, the young woman nodded. 

Taking a short breath and letting her shoulders drop, she entered the backroom to begin making a cake for an upcoming wedding order. 

It was intended that she would begin baking the cake two days prior to the wedding, which would take place four days later. She decided to cook as a way to distract herself from what transpired at the police station in order to clear her mind.
