Yes, he was deaf. Her wailing deafened him. Her miserable condition, painful scream created a war in his mind snatching his ability to hear or see anything else. A sharp breath escaped his lips, blood rushed through veins, he clenched both his fists tightly untill they trembled as he bit his inner cheeks not to lose composure this soon, And dig that beast then and there.

"Obviously I will. Before that let me make your way to the house....called prison..."

Batuk lifted a brow and laughed sarcastically. Albeit his voice was intense but his words seemed to be humorous to Batuk. Batuk clapped..."Impressive! But what these useless lectures of yours for!?"

"I'm not surprised to see your over confident attitude. Whatever, let me inform you an unpleasant news that your wife has been found..."

To hear this blood drained from Batuk's face. Perspiration broke out on his cold epidermis. Anirudh smudged inwardly scanning his horrific expression. he Tried to voice without quivering, "what did you mean by that..?"

Not beating around the bush  Anirudh exclaimed everything suppressing his rage which Batuk categorically refused to admit. Even though there's a twinge of guilt in his eyes upon hearing about Bondita's condition but was egoistic enough to showcased that.

He didn't think everything would be in light like this. The day Anirudh had left for Kalkatta, later that night Batuk approached home in drunken state fuming over something. Adding fuel to it Bondita started praising of Anirudh intensifying his anger, and unable to control himself, vented out his anger on Bondita torturing her physically. Afterward when he found out about her being conceived got scared thinking the outcome. Thus put her at the hut away from home and tried to end her pregnancy giving her drugs, without letting anyone aware of.

But as saying, our sin always finds us out. No one can get away with it.

Still Batuk was yet to realise it. He wasn't ready to admit his sin. at least, not before Anirudh,  Whom he hated since childhood. His lifelong enemy.

"So what? She is my wife" he sounded indifferent. Anirudh shook head in disbelief at his unaffected bearing.

"She is your wife that doesn't any object to be used and throwing away..." Anirudh growled furiously. He never retorted back but on seeing his hostile attitude towards him Batuk was bemused. Still tried to be confident, "yes, she is my property. I bou......."

Anirudh clasped his throat firmly, not letting him to continue further. Batuk was not one to keep quiet hit Anirudh back, and next both of them engaged in a physical fighting.

Bang...!!!!!

Like a ballon popping, high-pitch sound of gunfire, subsequently, crumbling sound of a person roared around halting the motion of Anirudh as he gazed expressionlessly at the revolver in his hand and then Batuk who fell from the bridge being shooted.

Aniru...Batukkkk....!!!

Trilochan was floored to see the scenario. Blankly moved his eyes from Anirudh to the gun in his hand. Anirudh also wasn't in a state to react appropriately. Stood there frozen. Horror-struck he was.

He killed Batuk!!

Thudd..!!

A thunderous sounds of slapping echoed in the noiseless ambience. Anirudh hardly held himself back from falling off the bridge. looked upwards only to find a fuming Somnath. He stuttered "So..Som....."

 "Youuu...!!!" Somnath pulled Anirudh up, holding him by his collar. his eyes were dengerously red as he screamed, "How dare you kill my brother!! How could youu?? You claim to be our family, then, didn't your filthy hand quivered while killing Batuk! " Anirudh shook head vigorously, wanted to voice but was horrified enough to forget  how to form a sentence.
