Sam: Madam speaker. Regarding new rules and measures on women safety, opposition party leader sonnaru. I would like to explain it further. Ipo iruka society la everyone has a mobile phone so, we came up with an app in order to track and protect not only women, but also children and men. In short its an app for people to use in case of emergency situations like kidnapping, chain snatching, rape, theft, molestation, etc.. All they need to do is to install this app in their mobile... By pressing power button continuously and shake the mobile thrice an automatic alert reaches Police with the persons GPS. This will help us reach the location accurately and to track criminals and victims soon.
And regarding Government loss, people safety is utmost. We are serving for the people, by the people.
And i have increased fines for breakage of rules madam speaker, For every rule break minimum of Rs.50,000 has to be collected from today.
This will reduce rule breakage and those fine amount will be used as fund for upcoming people safety projects.
Opp.Leader: Madam Speaker, this is a democratic country. CM can't collect fine as per her wish madam speaker.
Sam: Well I can and i will because I hold the power Sir! Madam Speaker, Imposing of heavy fine will create fear and awareness among public. It will make them responsible and disciplined.
People in other countries are accountable madam speaker.... Here no one has accountability. I want to bring that back. To make people responsible and accountable, rules also must be made in such a way where people will fear to bear it. Not only public even industries standard are to be raised on manufacturing and production units.
Our system is miserable madam speaker. I am unable to serve my fullest to people due to party restrictions. I was a mere puppet in their play for a while but NOT ANYMORE.
To do any work, there is a set of rules and guidelines, everyone must follow it. If anyone from government officials breaks it they must face The States Woman harsh punishments.
For the next six months I want to serve for people without any interference and this is not a request. IT'S A WARNING.
If the members present in the Assembly understood what i said, then i will take a leave madam speaker.... (saying so sameera leaves from the hall)
People are supporting sameera's decision but few are against the imposition of fines....

Sam: Appoint a fee regulation committee. I will personally monitor them. Make awareness about government organisations and get skilled employees appointed with equal benefits as private organisation.
