"Hey" She said

"Hi, nice car" I said and hugged

She smiled at me

"Are you living alone?" Leah asked and started the car

"Uhm no-"

"Boyfriend? Girlfriend? Family or friends"

"You're really curious"

"I just want to get to know my new teammate"

"I'm living with a friend" I lied

"A friend?"

I nodded

"That's nice"

"Yeah, what about you?" I asked

"I live alone"

"Are you dating someone?"

It's been a couple weeks later

Today is my first game, we're playing against Brighton & Hove Albion

I was doing my warming up when Jonas called me

"Y/n are you ready for your first minutes?" He asked

"Leah is coming off, we got a big game in a couple days so she's getting some rest. Just do your thing alright?"

"You got this" Leah said and hugged me

I was on the field for 3 minutes when the other team scored

I tried to kick the ball away but the ball hit my shinguard

I looked up, I scored

In my own fucking goal

The other team was celebrating

"It's okay don't worry" Jordan said

"I'm sorry" I said

"We have 10 more minute we can do this. We're better" Caitlin said

I scored an own goal on my fucking debut,
I'm so stupid

Some minutes later

Minute 89:

The attacker from Brighton & Hove Albion tried to dribble past me with the ball but I tackled her

The referee blew her whistle

I got up

"Penalty" She said

"Ref no, I didn't even touched her"

She shook her head no

"Please ref"

She showed me a yellow card

"Oh come on ref, that's a red card"

"What? Are you fucking crazy? I didn't touch you"

"It's okay Y/n" Caitlin said and pulled me away

"No it's not, it was on the ball"

The referee shook her head no

"Ref please, I touched the ball first and then-"

"Get away now" She said

"Ref this is not fair" I said

"Y/n she isn't gonna change her mind" Jordan said

"Ref are you blind?" Leah yelled

If she scores we will lose this game because of me

The referee blew her whistle

I closed my eyes
