Tw: mean tony

"Oh come on!!"
"I-I'm sorry. I'm t-trying"
"Peter would've gotten this right like three hours ago!"
Tears start to fall on the pages of your math homework.
"Try this one" he hands you another one.
Shakily you bring your pencil to the paper, giving the wrong answer yet again.
Tony stands up
"I'm done, WHAT THE HECK HOW CANT YOU JUST DO IT?!"

"Hey can you tone it down im doing my paper wo- what's going on?"
Natasha says walking trough the door in a soft voice.
She sees tony mad and you crying in front on him.
"Tony what are you mad about?"
She asks stil very confused.
"The stupid kid can't seem to get a easy math problem right!" He says mad looking at you.
You are currently sobbing.
"You are mad about that?! What the actual fuck. Get out!"
"Suit yourself, she's no hope" he says rolling his eyes making you cry more.
Nat looks at you. You quickly dry your tears.
"Hey, no reason to hide your tears babe, it's okay" she says pulling you into a hug and rubbing your back.
"Tony said I'm not supposed to cry"
"Wel, that's because Tony isn't capable of feeling human emotions. You're 13, you cry whenever you feel like it" she says letting go of the hug.
"Now what's up with that math huh?"
You start to tear up again
"Hey don't worry, I'm not worried about you being able to do math, there are more important things"
"I-I h-have a Uhm- I have a t-test tomorrow" you say shaking.
Nat notices you standing there in fear shaking.
She sighs with empathy.
"Here, follow me" she takes your hand taking you all the way trough the compound.
You end up on the roof seeing the clear blue skies.
She sits you down on a little bench.
Feeling the cold breeze on her cheeks she takes of her jacket and wraps it around your shoulders.

"Why are you so shaken up y/n?"
"W-what did I do wrong?"
You ask crying
"Nothing baby. You did absolutely nothing wrong okay?"
"M-my whole life I keep g-getting punished for doing nothing wrong. I-I try my best. I-it's just not g-good enough"
"No. No y/n don't say that. You are perfectly fine just the way you are okay?"
"No, everyone tells me differently"
"Then everyone can suck. Just trust me okay?"
You look down.
She wraps an arm around your body.
"It's pretty isn't it? The city from above"
"Yeah. It is" you mumble.
"Did you still want to look at that math of yours?"
"Tony isn't in the mood for that I think" you say
"I mean- I didn't go to school but maybe I can help you? We can suck at math together?" She asks you joking
"I guess" you shrug.
"Let's go"
You get up and get nats jacket of your shoulders and put it on
"Am I ever going to get that back?"
"No" you say and walk towards your room.
Nat smiles and follows.

//

"So the answer is- x equals 67,88?" You ask
"I don't know- let me see the answer sheet" she grabs it from your back.
"Wait what question is this again?"
"41"
"Right uhm. Wait- yes! We did it!" She says just as exited as you are. You high five.
"What time is it?" You ask
"It's 8 a clock"
"So it took us exactly 2 hours and 39 minutes to get this figured out" you chuckle
"Yes, yes it did. And we had patience and successfully did it, i am very proud of us y/n" smiles at you
"I love you nat" you say hugging nat.
"Oh- I-I love you to kid" she says hugging you back

//

"NAT!"
You scream running into the compound
Everyone turns their attention to you
"What's wrong y/n?" She asks worried
You run into her arm
"LOOK!" You squeal. You hand her your test
"You got an A+ for your math test?!"
"We did!!" You say exited hugging her tighter
"I knew you could-" tony starts
"You do not get credits for this tony" nat says angrily making you giggle.
