"Don't dare to utter a single word Anirudh!" Trilochan spoke again breaking a long prevailing silence when he felt Anirudh was back to his composure. "You've learnt to face all obstacles like a lion, not to step back or hide like a coward. And don't take in other's words. You are a bestowed Angel to purify this tarnished world and women.........."

"Kaka sasur ji"

Bondita stormed in the room out of the blue catching them off guard. Upon asking the reason of her sudden intervention so late at night she replied "I'm unable to sleep alone. At home...I..I used to sleep with my Sampoorna Didi but whom I will sleep with here?"

Trilochan coughed a little not knowing what to answer to his naive daughter-in-law beckoned Anirudh something. He too nodded positively, covering his Kaka with duvets went out of the room pulling Bondita along with himself in the process.

"Biristra Babu what were you doing in Kaka sasur Ji's room at this hour?..ohh..achcha....Kaka sasur Ji also fears to sleep alone...!" She questioned and answered on her own, and then giggled. Anirudh shook head chuckling at her cuteness. Took her to Batuk's room and asked her to sleep But her reply was same that she couldn't sleep alone. Subsequently demanded him to accompany her making him choke on his breath.

"What?!!!" Petrified he was.

"Yes. Please Biristra Babu Sleep with me..."she pleaded like a child ask for their favourite chocolate whereas her naivety scared him to the core. he inquired whether she knew what's the actual meaning of a marriage . Her response was speeder than lightening "yess"

And he felt himself drowning in the pool of hesitation. "Then why are you asking me to.....h..how can I...I..I mean adjust today..Ba..Batuk will be back by tomorrow..hmm.."peeking from the corner of his eye saw her sad pouted lips but without wasting a second shambled out of the room and closed the door from outside.

One fine morning...

Everyone was having their breakfast, that's when RC's loyal servent Bihari ran in breathing heavily.."Bade..bade malik..K..Kalindi ji"

Both, Trilochan and Anirudh sprang on their feet in a jerk. Tensed line formed on their forehead as they glanced at each other and then towards threshold. In no time Kalindi arrived firing with her vengeance firearms and yelled in highest pitch of her voice "TRILOCHAN ROY CHOUDHURY!!" Her roaring voice had shaken whole RC haveli. Food plate fell from Bondita's hand. Like a scared kitten she hide behind Koyeli to see the dangerous woman standing at their threshold all set to burn each one of them.

"I recognised you so well zamindar Trilochan Roy Chowdhury. You were never trustworthy. Even after your outrageous betrayal I thought to forgive you, thought to reconcile our relationship with a new peaceful beginning...but you guys again proved that men are men" Neither Trilochan nor Anirudh looked up to meet her eyes. As they knew it was quite expected. Her reaction,her anger was valid. They have no words to oppose.

"You.."Kalindi wasn't done. She took few steps towards them and again gritted in rage "Your deed is being repeated by your nephew. Just like you, he also betrayed my girl. No. Don't think I'm here to beg you. This is not going to happen again Zamindar sahab. Now the consequence will be reversed . You and your son will have to compensate for each drop of tears escaped from my niece's eyes...." This time Anirudh tried to protest Trilochan stopped him. And dared to shifted his gaze from marvelous floor to burning Kalindi. his eyes were filled with guilt tears as he remorsefully seek her forgiveness and promised her to make Bhanumati's marriage on the same day which infuriated Kalindi more.

"To whom?"Kalindi exclaimed "Who do you want my niece to marry now?This Barrister Babu? Because Somnath Babu is already married..." Not getting any response Kalindi started laughing sarcastically and called Anirudh with names, remarked some hideous comments against him which provoked Trilochan to retorted her back with equal bitterness.
