The Gingerbread Woman

Y/n's pov:
We're all in the library discussing DeStorms death
Andrea:thats gonna keep happening if we don't finish this
Tyler:Everybody will die if we don't get out of here by dawn
Gabbie:i think we should just open the candy bar that Y/n got
Liza:you better share girl
Gabbie:i will calm down
She opens the chocolate bar and inside is a note and some chocolate
Gabbie:once the children speak devour me and two paths would be revealed
Y/n:Wait how many people are being held here?
Alex puts a protective arm around my toweled body and i lean into him.
Alex:should we look for children then
So we start looking around for these children that the note was talking about
Joey finds a secret door and decides to just to investigate it so we all do
Joey:guys theres the children
Alex:wait is that a button
So alex pushes it and it turns out to be an empty drawer.We were trying to get the kids to speak to us but we had nothing but the chocolate
Liza:wait guys it-
Joey:it smells like chocolate
We start smelling everywhere and soon Tana finds a key while Joey and Alex find a chest behind the couch so we knew that the key unlocks the chest.We find gum drops in the chest so i think
Y/n:guys maybe we should put some gum drops in that drawer
Alex:ooh good idea
We put gumdrops in the drawer and close it soon enough the children speak to us.They talk about how the gingerbread woman tricked them and that in one hour she'll be back to start the oven
Andrea:Theres children in the oven?
Y/n:mama bear mode engaged
We all devour the chocolate like the children said and then two paths appeared down the hallway.We decided to split up so we could get it done faster and save the children.I went with Alex,Tana,and Gabbie to find the boy that can get us into the baking room.
Gabbie:build a gingerbread house then open the door for a treat
So we start assembling this huge ass gingerbread House and theres one piece left
Y/n:oh my god this is confusing where does this piece go
Alex:that goes in slanted near the front of the house
I put it one way its wrong i turn it the other way its still wrong so Alex helped me out we held hands for a split second and we both blushed a little.He puts it in correctly this time and we find a key...We follow another candy trail over to some bush area outside,there was cobble stones on the ground as well.We found a note that says that we need to find candy to place on the 9 cobbles stones so we realize that the key opens the chest to the candy
Alex's pov:
We open the chest and find candy that we put on 8 stones but we can't find the 9th stone.Y/n goes over to the chest
Y/n:yalls are dumb
And she pulls the chest over to reveal the 9th stone..We all start laughing until we hear a little boy start picking up the candy
Y/n:hi little one
Boy:What do you want if your here to steal the candy then you can't its mine
Tana:We have more that we can give you
Gabbie:can you help us
Boy:what do you need
Alex:we need to get into the baking room
Boy:you want me to open the door for you
Group:yes
Boy:ok follow me
He starts sprinting and the others run off with him.I grab my jacket and candy and say
Alex:Lets call him Pepito,PEPITO WAIT!
Y/n starts laughing and she hits my arm
Y/n:your such a child
He leads us inside and we wait outside the door for the rest of the group.
-5 minutes later-
Y/n's pov:
What feels like forever the second group comes back with the meat pie recipe and we are let into the baking room
Man:Woah how did you guys get in here you gotta get out before the gingerbread woman sees you
Liza:wait he has the gem
Joey:can we have the gem please
Man:The gingerbread woman gave this too me if i lose it she'll hurt me
Y/n:No she won't we'll protect you um uh
Samson:Samson
Y/n:just can we negotiate
He nods so i get the recipe from Tyler
Samson:Hey how did you get that
Y/n:details to follow now we are willing to give you this for the gem
Samson:ok ok just hand me the recipe
Liza:How about you guys both hand it at the same time
All of a sudden this woman holding a tray of cups and a kettle greets us
Gingerbread woman:oh do we have guests well its a great timing for my new batch of hot cocoa
Alex goes over and starts putting marshmallows in a cup
Y/n:Alex that could be poison
Alex:its fine she seems nice
So Alex got his cocoa,She hands Gabbie a cupcake and she hands me cookie
Y/n:guys these are actually really good
Gingerbread woman:Thank you young one wait how did you get my meat pie recipe
Y/n:uh
Tyler:We found it
Gingerbread woman:How did you find it uh Samson how dare you!
Y/n:No he didn't do anything
Gingerbread woman:I took you in when your parents left you on the streets!
She takes his hand and starts cutting his fingers off with her machete.Everybody is screaming and Alex pulls me away from her with his free hand since he had candy in the other.once the woman was done cutting Samson's fingers off she turns to me with her machete
Gingerbread woman:Hand me my recipe and i might let you all go
Tyler:don't give it to her
Gingerbread woman:one
She holds her machete up and starts counting before she gets to three though she snatches the recipe from my hand.
Gingerbread woman:since you guys stole my recipe your punishment is that you will go out and vote and bring me two pieces of meat
Tyler:What!
Gingerbread woman:Loser will get eaten Go! NOW!
We all rush out the room and to the lounge to vote AGAIN.We were all discussing who we think should go in
Joey:i feel like Liza could handle it
Liza:What Joey we just worked as a team this whole night
Y/n:She probably did help you escape the Vampires
We break off into groups
Alex:i can take Joey down i can take him out
Y/n:but you already pulled your weight by finding so many clues and figuring out puzzles that no one else could
Alex:His hair is always perfectly quaffed too
Tyler:true thats a good point
Alex:i won't stand for this
He says as he throws candy on the ground.I steal one and start unwrapping it when i boop him on the nose saying
Y/n:thanks
I walk off and sit down next to Tyler
Alison:its time to vote
-end of voting-
By the end of voting Alison pulls two cards
Alison:Liza
Alison:Tyler
The group was shocked at Tylers name being pulled.His name wasn't even being thrown around but i guess the voting can't go back.They go towards the baking room while we go outside waiting for them.About 45 minutes later we see them both come out with the gem too.Everyone starts jumping up and down,maybe we can outsmart the sorceress after all.All of a sudden fog appears with the sorceress,Tana throws her lollipop at her which smashes on the ground right in front of her
Sorceress:i think your forgetting the most important part of this game is that one of YOU MUST DIE
A harpie comes out with samson,her claws right near his neck
Sorceress:Kill him!
And just like that Samsons dead.We all scream as another harpie comes out of the side of the house and grabs Liza we run away as the harpie spills Liza's blood all over the door.The sorceress laughs and leaves as we all rush inside
Y/n:guys Liza's dead
Tyler:What we need to do is move on and put the gem in
So he puts the gem in and we see a chest pop open
Gabbie:After midnight things change the sorceress
We hear cackling from the sorceress
Y/n:that can't be good
