Masquerade ball pt1

Y/n's pov:
I finally finished my new youtube video with my little brother,Sepher,and i sat on my couch as i grabbed my camera trying to edit the video.I suddenly hear a person knocking on the door so i answer it.It was a woman dressed in an all black dress that kinda looked victorian.I was all in with her outfit like it was a nice outfit.
Woman:your presence is most urgently requested
she hands me a letter and a little brown box.I raise an eyebrow at her but close the door before i open it.I sit down on the couch and open the letter.
Dear y/n l/n,
I've been away for far too long. I want to invite you to a masquerade ball at an estate like no other. I'll explain everything after you arrive. To attend, you must assume a persona reminiscent of the Victorian Era, and be dressed accordingly, or the carriage, which can bring you across time, will remain invisible to your eyes.
A package will accompany your invitation with the proper attire, which may contain a useful object. There will be people and creatures unique to the estate that know their place, whom you will interact with. You, however, will have no knowledge of what is to come. You will be a newborn babe in this exciting, and sometimes frightening, place.

I finish reading the letter and my eyebrow is still raised but i put down the letter and opened the brown box thats revealing clothes and inanimate objects.It says on a parchment paper

Which i mean thats pretty cool cause i know i have power but the boots that came with it,i can barely move but i'm lucky that i get pants and not a dress.Anyway i get dressed quickly and leave a note for Sepher and Mom.By the time that i'm outside a carriage suddenly appears.A dude walks out and helps me in the seating area.We take off and soon enough we're next to a beautiful mansion.I walk in and everyone else is there,i guess i'm not the only one well i mean it is a ball.We all separate into groups.I'm greeted with familiar faces like Liza koshy and Alex Wassabi my two best friends
Liza:So what are you Y/n
Y/n:i'm a mistress that comes from a lot of power from herself
Alex:damn right!
Y/n:what do you do?
I ask Andrea.If you haven't known these are all my youtube friends.How i know Liza and Alex so well is that we would collab a lot while doing a competition to see who can get 10 million subscribers first.Alex won when i came in second with Liza being last.We kinda separated this past year but me and Alex still did videos together or just simply hung out.
Andrea:i'm a mystic i mix potions,talk to the spirits
Liza:No really!
Andrea:i say avoid dark hallways i'm seeing bad-bad energy
Liza:but i love dark doorways
Alex:Wait what do you do Liza
Liza:well i'm an explorer
I venture off from that group and find a sketchy woman standing near the stairs i brush her off and focus on the upstairs because i hear footsteps.
Dorian:Welcome all you all look soo delicious
I'm thinking who the hell is that and wheres Joey
Liza:um excuse me where's Joey
Dorian:he wanted me to greet you as he will be arriving shortly
That clears that up but something has to be wrong
Dorian:let me raise a toast to Joey graceffa
Group:TO JOEY!
Liza:wherever he might be?!
We all drink our drinks real quick and i'm looking around the foyer.I find this cryptic puzzle so i bring it over to Tyler which is followed by Alex and destorm.Destorm finds a half of a map in the painting but i realize something.Before i could say it The creepy lady pulls me,Tyler and Alex aside inside this hallway not to far from the stairs
Lady:Look guys you have to get your friends and get out of here its not safe
Tyler:what do you mean its not safe
Lady:Look my father is lying to you he doesn't own this estate but for now you have to get out of here
We head back to the group while trying to persuade them to get out but before i know it i hear Liza screaming and my mouth getting covered.
Alex's pov:
I hear Liza scream and i don't see Y/n anywhere,We also see a door slam and they were both gone in a second
Gabby:Guys we can't leave them here!
Tyler:ya think!
Tana:We are such bad friends!
Alex:ok lets think we figured out a puzzle and got a key we also have half of a map
I say with worry in my tone of voice
Lady:its time for the ball just stay close to me tonight don't wander off
We go outside and follow this sketchy lady who we found out her name is Alison to this ballroom looking room.A man walks out and says
Man:Bring in the guests
We walk in and see Joey chained to this x looking thing with a bunch of people plus Dorian near the front
Dorian:Alison would you care for a drink dear you sound a bit pent up
Alison:i'm not thirsty father
Dorian:thats fair bring in the other two
As the doors open i see Liza and y/n being held by vampires.One brings Liza over to the machine and another holds y/n with a knife to her throat.I immediately start thinking bad thoughts but i hear Tana scream and run up to them.The knife gets closer to Y/n's throat but Tana retreats as she sees that too.
Dorian:dinner has arrived
The lights go dark and all the damn vampires had started to attack us luckily Alison held them off as we got out of there.The vampire holding Y/n lets go of her so i run up and carry her out of the ballroom.We go back to the this room that looks like a lounge area.
Gabby:ok that right there was bizarre
Tyler:Well we still don't have Joey or Liza
Alex:but we got Y/n back so thats a plus
Y/n:i never want to go to balls ever again
Alex:its ok your safe now
I say as i pull her into a hug by her shoulder.We stay like that till Alison speaks up
Alison:Look we need to kill my father but a stake to the heart will not kill him as he is much powerful than other vampires
Gabby:so what do we need to find
Alison:he needs to be inside a circle of salt then burned by a sunstone and then he will be weak enough to have a stake to the heart
Andrea:Where is the salt then
Alison:it should be in this room if i'm sure i just don't know where
Gabby:of course
Tyler:what if a vampire comes?
Alison:i'll ring this bell if a vampire is coming if you hear it you need to hide or else you'll get taken
Destorm:Promise us you'll ring the bell!!
Alison:i promise
Y/n's pov:
We're looking around for the salt when we start finding mini scrolls scattered across the room.We hear the bell and i duck underneath the pool table as i hear Lauren scream.
Y/n:Damn vampires took Lauren
Destorm:Ok where this dang salt i'm starting to get impatient
Jesse:Well who has the key we should try to find out what this unlocks first
Tana:i have the key
Y/n:what if this key opens this glass case
Gabby:oh she's right i see a salt jar down there
Tana opens the case but theres no salt in the jar so Jesse and Destorm try opening the bottom and sure enough the salt is in the pool cues
Destorm:I FOUND IT I FOUND THE SALT!
He pours it in the jar and we start finding even MORE tiny scrolls when we hear the bell again.This time we hear Andrea scream.We go back to finding scrolls when we find another key to this box that Alex found under neath the pool table.We figure out the placements of every single pool ball there is and then this chest open and theres the sunstone.We go outside and find Joey and Liza meeting us halfway with Lauren and Andrea by their sides.We hug everyone even Alison and made this plan to destroy Alisons father once and for all
