Conflict creates an uneasiness that is hard work for you to overlook, even though you may try to go around the issue at hand. In your mind, you'd rather deal with it later. But those times when it needs to be addressed, you do what needs to be done. You can be very calm in the beginning but may get more antsy if you feel attacked. You may over-analyze also, but relax . . . . Its better to just let things flow.
