Calming your fidgety hands by working with paint or clay is also therapeutic for you. You can even try reflexology or simply get a foot massage. Cleaning, believe it or not, is very therapeutic for you because you will often put off cleaning to straighten out your thoughts. Theirs not point in having two messy worlds.
