Attention|| Baji x Chifuyu

Chapter 9

baji and chifuyu remained silent. chifuyu sighed and almost opened his mouth when baji talked

"I'm sorry, Chifuyu" chifuyu closed his mouth and connected his hands together

"Tell me about it.. Baji"

"I did it because I want you to notice me.. please. I'll try being nicer to you, j-just forgive me"

baji attempted holding chifuyu's hands but he held back, thinking chifuyu won't like his idea of doing it

"Why do you like me.. when there's a lot of other students out there a lot better than me"

"You were the only one who caught my attention. Chifuyu I can't stand knowing that you're angry at me"

"I already forgave you" chifuyu said and turned around, "I'll go now-"

chifuyu was pulled into a tight hug by baji. he can clearly feel the warmness and love from his touch but he refused to give it back

he remained standing while baji still haven't let go of him

"Can I ask one more question?" baji whispered

"Wha.. What is it?"

"Will you let me… court you, Chifuyu?"

baji was still hugging chifuyu, and decided not to let go until he won't reply

the butterflies inside chifuyu's stomach moved after he heard the sweetest question with baji's sweetest voice for the first time

it made chifuyu think how shameful can baji be when it comes to him? he was ready to face rejection and be embarrassed right now just for chifuyu

"Baji..." chifuyu pressed his lips together and breathed in and out, "Baji.. -san"

"I won't let go until you answer my question"

"I will let you… if you really mean it"

"I mean it Chifuyu" baji said and broke the hug

chifuyu didn't care to look at baji again. he didn't turn around nor say anything more but just walk away. baji wanted to be with chifuyu so he followed him

"Are you still angry at me? Heyyy Chifuyu!" chifuyu crossed his arms as he walked without talking to baji

"You don't want me to annoy you anymore but you're not replying to my question? Come on!"

baji annoyed chifuyu the whole time they were walking towards their dorm. it was dark so chifuyu can clearly hear baji's sighs and disappointment

"G-Good for you Baji-san.. maybe yes I should respect you now but I don't think you can be this childish"

"Chifuyuuuu!"

"I mean.. look at you at my back. Calling me, begging me to talk back. Tsk. You go and drink something stupid ass"

chifuyu opened their dorm door. kazutora was there in baji's bed, waiting for them to come back which here they are now

"Look~ They gays are back"

"W-What?!"

baji groaned, "I don't want to talk about your shit Kazutora, get off my bed"

"Nah, you go lay here if you want to. I'm staying here for a while, oh and, I'm not gay for you bitch"

baji looked at kazutora in total disgust. chifuyu coughed and stared at kazutora deadly in the side of his eyes

"Oh yeah yeah, sorry Chifuyu! I forgot you were there. I won't get your Baji away from you, I promise"

"What's wrong with you Kazutora? Well,YOUR friend just asked me if I can forgive him now"

kazutora sighed, "He just asked for forgiveness?! What a shit"

"I did a-ask him what you told me to!" baji shouted

chifuyu knew what part of their conversation baji was pointing out to kazutora, which made him realize that kazutora helped baji and him to be acquittance

is that even called acquittance?, said chifuyu to himself in his mind

"Aaah, I feel like I'm getting out of place here! I don't fight any of you here and you guys! You guys are fighting"

since kazutora knew that baji and chifuyu already talked he decided on using it as an advantage to test each of them who'll be shy around

baji covered his whole body with his blanket and even placed a pillow in his face so that kazutora won't notice his face blushing hard because of kazutora's stupid jokes

"Hey Kazutora" chifuyu whispered. he pointed baji and chuckled, "Will he die if he kept being like that?"

kazutora shook his head

"I swear to god… I'm broken… why did Chifuyu ask Kazutora if I'll die when I'm like this, does he want that to happen?" baji dramatically asked himself, "Do ya think I didn't hear that Chifuyu huh?"

"Goodnight Baji, I'll go to Chifuyu's bed now and sleep with him"

"Try me fucker, let's see how you would react if you go and try steal Chifuyu away from me"

kazutora laughed loud, "Just kidding! He's all yours idiot, he looks stupid anyway"

"Uhm… why do ya'll like to call me stupid? Am I-"

chifuyu suddenly remembered what baji told him,
"Nothing, you just looks stupid"

"Baji-san also told me I look stupid"

"You look stupidly angry to me, that's what I'm trying to say!" baji said out of nowhere

"Oh"

"Oh wow"

"Well, anyway whatever I'm going to sleep now. And you Kazutora, stop standing in front of me your face is so annoying"

kazutora rolled his eyes, "Whatever stupid. Night, hoping for the best to the fucking both of you to be close now"

"Tsk!"

kazutora turned off the light switch beside him, the only light they remained open whole night is their lamps with dim lights

chifuyu was now trying to sleep since his eyes and mind is already getting sleepy every second. baji, well, he stayed in the same position with the pillow

after hours passed chifuyu fell asleep, and so do kazutora. baji walked off his bed, slowly, and sat on the floor beside chifuyu and stared at him sleeping silently

"You really made me fell in love with you Chifuyu.. I thought annoying you would make me hate you but I was damn wrong"

baji smiled, he held chifuyu's soft hair and cheek and he can't just get enough of it. he wanted to feel it again when chifuyu already knew about it, when chifuyu also wants him to do that

"I love you.. uhm, I'll be sleeping now Chifuyu. Sweet dreams" is the last words baji said, he stood up and kissed chifuyu's forehead before he went back to his bed and closed his eyes to sleep

little did baji know.. chifuyu heard him and knew that he kissed his forehead

"So you don't really hate me huh?"
