Archon of Ephemerality: Raiden Kotaishi, Hakanai
The Archon of Eternity, the Raiden Shogun, fell in love with a human and gave birth to a beautiful boy and gave the name Hakanai to him
500 years later, the Shogun put up the vision hunt decree which enraged Hakanai, "betrayed" his mother, and became the Demi-Archon of Ephemerality and ruled over a nation, hidden from maps and the world, the land of Ephemerality: Sunadokei, the exact opposite to Inazuma, the land of Eternity, Hakanai has grown to be so powerful that he could do what the other Demi-archon's couldn't, he was able to create his own vision, but like the symbol of Ephemerality, the vision will shorten a person lifespan, which would make people enjoy every bit of their lives, so I suppose its a double-edged sword

Raiden Kotaishi: Symbol of Ephemerality

The world of Teyvat, and is composed of the seven major nations of Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, Sumeru, Fontaine, Natlan, and Snezhnaya; each nation is ruled by an Archon them being Barbatos, Morax, Ei, Kusanali, The God of Justice, Murata and Tsaritsa, but a nation hidden from maps and the world, the land of Ephemerality Sunadokei, ruled by Hakanai or better known as The Raiden Kotaishi

Though Shiden can be mistaken for the Raiden Shogun due to his very similar appearance to her, but he's not her, Kotaishi looks like the Raiden Shogun he has a very feminine appearance (Wdym why? Its because I said so!) having learned the art of the sword and various skills Kotaishi can perhaps surpass even the Electro Archon herself

Exploration Talent: Storm Chaser

When Shiden Kotaishi is in the party Stamina consumption when sprinting will be reduced while also increasing speed making exploration faster

Normal Attack: Thunderstrike

Shiden's Normal attack can combo up to 5 strikes dealing Physical DMG with the last one making Shiden Kotaishi dash forward and appear behind the enemy

Holding the attack button consumes a set amount of stamina dealing Physical DMG

Unlocking Shiden Kotaishi's first ascension passive will make Shiden's last attack deal Electro DMG

As someone who has lived for thousands of years, he's learned that he cannot always be there to protect his people as such he has learned how to empower himself with people's love and others with his Electrograna Sakura

When party members other than him use their Attacks, Elemental Skill, or Burst The Kotaishi will build up Resolve stacks for Electrograna Sakura based on the Energy Cost of the attacks used, then use up all the Resolve collected to empower his next Elemental Burst, also the Electrograna Sakura will decrease most Electro DMG received

The Resolve collected by the Electrograna Sakura will dissipate once the Kotaishi is out of combat for a set time

Passive Talent: Ephemeral Life

A Demiarchon devoted to "Ephemerality" making people's life the best so they can die happy and move on to the afterlife, but those who dare to threaten his people's peaceful life he will make sure that person's last moments of life are horrible

What caused him to be like this?

After unlocking the Talent "Ephemeral Life," the Elemental Orbs and Particles collected by nearby party members will garnet additional Resolve for Electrograna Sakura once per set time period, furthermore the attack speed of nearby party members is increased

Elemental Skill: Lightning Rod

Being the son of the Raiden Shogun, Kotaishi has gained a set of skills one of them being as fast as lightning
