The closest thing the Squadron has to a leader, Arc-621 is a calm, collected, stoic and professional commander of the squadron who handles their tactics, logistics and management of his brothers and especially those who are also in his Squadron.
He is grizzled, experienced, level-headed and likewise regretful leader who tries to maintain a diplomatic, professional and polite attitude to everything and is a cold and cynical young clone who just did what he could in the name of saving the world by being a good soldier who cares about the people under his care and while he may act aloof and cold, he truly cares about other people.
Although a leader, he isn't the strongest or the smartest or even the best but he is nonetheless versatile on all sides as something akin to a jack-of-all-trades where he is an all around specialist but more than capable of conventional battle, wielding an Assault Rifle in hand and leading his fellow teammates to get the job done, above all else.
And for all of his appearance and behaviour as a stoic, professional and aloof general of his team, he does showcase a dorky side and his overall brooding image does make him charming, especially to a certain red-haired girl wearing a Spartan's gear.
• Michigan-052, the Replicant Heavy Weapons Guy:

A Replicant wearing a far heavier and much more bulkier armour, Michigan-052 is a gung-ho, glory-hounding, macho-manly, tough, overly brave, exuberant, cheerful and insane Replicant who embody about muscular and manly stereotypes and is a gung-ho weapons expert who has the ideal tactic to everything that involves with the notion of 'don't think first, do it now', meaning that while skilled and knowledgeable in how to use his weapons and how to fight in battle does not translate on how to actually do it without charging head first like an idiot that, even though he wears heavy set armour and is augmented to become nearly impervious to all damage, doesn't mean that he is functionally invincible in all regards to most of it.
• Freud-035, the Replicant Assault Trooper:

A Replicant of the Sword and Herald Squadron who's only contribution to the squad is the fact that he got himself involved into said squadron by just being in the wrong place and in the wrong time, overall being an average, everyday Replicant Soldier with similar versatile jack-of-all-trades skills like Arc-621 except without having the benefit of his tactical management and intellectual logistics but just there to be an added muscle who just should have been killed like any others of his types, that is.
