"Who knew today would be the day, that I was learning how to crack a secret Russian message." Y/n mumbled as the tape played.

Y/n, Steve, and Dustin were all in the back. Y/n had conversations Robin that she could have all the tips, that the two of them had made that morning, if Y/n could go "hang" with Dustin and Steve in the back. Steve was pacing the room, and eating a banana. Dustin sat across from Y/n, watching his older friend.

Dustin stopped the recording "So what do you guys think?" He asked.

"It sounded familiar." Steve said eating another piece of banana.

"What?" Y/n questioned looking at her boyfriend oddly.

"The music. The music right at the end?" Steve specified.

"Why are you listening to the music, Steve?" Dustin asked "Listen to the Russian!" He exclaimed loudly "We're translating Russian!"

"I'm trying to listen to the Russian, but there's music-"

The door opend and Robin came in "All right, babysitting time is over." She said annoyed, "One of you, or both of you need to get in there."

"Rob, we're busy." Y/n said leaning back in her chair.

"Hey, my board! That was important data, shitbirds." Robin exclaimed after seeing the whiteboard, now covered in Russian letters.

"I guarantee you, what we're doing is way more important than your data." Dustin argued

Robin rolled her eyes "Yeah? And how do you know these Russians are up to no good anyways?" She asked.

Dustin looked at Steve "How does she know about the Russians?" He asked accusingly.

"I don't know." Steve said shrugging his mouth full of banana.

"You told her about-"

"It wasn't me." Steve denied shaking his head, his voice slightly muffled "Y/n did you tell her?"

Y/n shook her head "No, Dustin said not to tell anyone." She scoffed.

"Hello, I can hear you. Actually, I can hear everything." Robin said arms crossed "You two-" she said pointing to Steve and Dustin "-you both are extremely loud."

"She has a point." Y/n mumbled sighing.

"You think you have evil Russians plotting against our country, on tape, and you're trying to translate, but haven't figured out a word because you didn't realize Russians use an entirely different alphabet." Robin ranted "Sound about right?" She asked.

Y/n nodded "Yeah, pretty much." She shrugged.

Robin went to reach for the tape, and Steve was quick to snatch it "Whoa! What do you think you're doing?" He asked.

"I wanna hear it." Robin said.

"Why?" Dustin and Steve asked.

Y/n sighed "Guys, maybe she can help." She said shrugging.

"I'm fluent in four languages, you know." Robin said shrugging.

"Russian?" Dustin questioned hopefully.

"Ou-yay are-yay umb-day." Robin said, speaking in pig Latin.

Steve laughed "Oh-ho-ho!"

"Holy shit!" Dustin exclaimed in excitement.

Y/n sighed "That's pig Latin you idiot's." She said shaking her head.

Steve wacked Dustin with his banana peel "Idiot." He hissed.
