This was the last thought she had before falling asleep for real. Jai also drifted to slumber soon.

Y/N woke up early and found Jai sleeping soundly next to her, clutching her hands subconsciously in sleep. His words from last night echoed in her mind as she thought about it.
She slowly glanced at the clock on the wall, which read 7:16 AM, so she decided to keep that matter aside for a while and do her morning routine first.
She softly pried her hands out of Jai's grip and got out of bed, quietly doing so just out of instinct.
She went towards her bags and fished out her toothbrush, towel and a new set of clothes. Then moving towards the bathroom, she brushed her teeth before proceeding for a quick shower. The slightly heated water helped her ease out of all the exhaustion her body carried and made her feel fresh.
She dried her body with the towel and wore the light sari that she had with her.

She just got married yesterday and she knew that as a newly wedded bride she was expected to wear sarees around the shade of red, orange and yellow for some days.
She dressed herself and then walked out of the bathroom while drying her hair with the towel. She forgot that her hair dryer is in which bag, and decided to hunt for it later.
Now that she was all ready, she wondered whether she should wake up Jai.
'Uthau kya? ...utha hi deti hu-' She asked herself, but then answered herself as well.
So she quickly went towards the bed, and said, "Jai-ji! Uth jayiye. Subah ho gayi..."
Usne bola, par Jai ki neend nahi khuli.
"Jai-ji! Dekhiye subah ho gayi, aap fresh ho jayiye, phir breakfast kar lijiyega!" usne phir se bola, thodi jor se.
Uski awaz sunkar Jai neend mai hila, aur karvat lekar Y/N ke haath ko hi gale se laga ke phir se sone laga.
