Everyone left to get ready for said shopping spree so I was left with my own thoughts, I watched as the boys left the house with a staggering Steph and I couldn't stop my heart from breaking, I knew that he was never really true to me, but I loved him dearly
He made me feel so loved to an extent, he was there for me, talked to me and better yet, he would always help me with my homework, he seemed like the dream boyfriend, and on top of that, my parents loved him as well, I could only imagine what they think now
I sat cross legged on my bed with a book in my hands, I really needed my daily dose of reading, and I'm going to get it
I made sure that I was comfortable, I laid on my stomach legs flicked upwards, one handheld my chin up whilst the other flicked through the fragile papers, I read through the lines in interest as everything unfolded between my eyes
This is why I love books, with all the hatred that's present in this world books are one thing that gives me peace
After a good 30 minutes of reading, I made sure to put my bookmark in the page and I shut the book gently
Setting my book down on my bedside table I decided that a small nap was needed, I grabbed my phone and placed an alarm for 2 hours, perfect timings because in 2 hours it'll be 2:30pm
I laid down on my bed and breathed in the scent of fresh and clean sheets, my eyes shut almost immediately, and I fell into a deep slumber
