you were sitting on the benches in the front row of the baseball match, your crush was playing, Bruce

God he was a dreamer, you were watching as he was batting against Finney, a boy you had heard about from his sister Gwen, you and Gwen were very good friends 

He missed two but the last one he swung and hit it, but not the right way.

You didn't notice since you were small talking to Gwen who was sitting beside you, as you turn your head the ball lands right in your face on your nose making it say a cracking noise

Y: "AUCH!" You let out holding your nose in pain as you feel tears starting to form (cause your nose interacts with your tear canals if you didn't know 😎)

B: "Oh shit! Are you ok?" Bruce says running up to you "I'm so sorry, let me help you to the nurse's office" he says helping you stand up

You feel his arm around you as he helps you to the nurse's office

on the way there you feel something warm and runny fall from your upper lip dripping down your mouth

Blood.

B: "Oh god I am so sorry, my swinging has gotten a little rough at times" he says pushing open the doors to the office

when you enter you don't know what happened other than everything went black

You Fainted.

Bruce's Pov

The girl suddenly started falling, I caught her in time but she wasn't aware of herself falling

She Fainted.

Oh no...

A nurse comes rushing over at the scene

N: "What happened?!" she says panicly checking the girl's breathing

B: "I was batting at the baseball game and the ball hit her in the face and her nose started bleeding and we just walked in and she fainted" I say panicking a little

N: "Thank you, you can leave we will take care of her" She says lifting up the girl

B: "Can I stay with her?" I ask hoping for a yes

N: "Yes ofc, you the boyfriend?" She asks as I shook my head no blushing slightly 

B: "I just wanna know if she okay, when she wakes up" I answer back

N: "That's very nice of you" the nurse says giving me a smile

- Y/ns pov -

you woke up to feel someone holding your hand, you look up seeing Bruce, youe crush, he was holding your hand, he didn't see you were awake yet

Y: "What happened?" you let out as Bruce quickly turned his head

B: "Omg I'm so glad your awake should I call a nurse?" he asks before you quickly say

Y: "no, it's fine" in reality you just hoped he would stay and you and him could talk

B: "Oh ok, but like I'm very sorry, what happened was that I hit the ball in the wrong direction and it hit you" he added looking devastated

Y: "No please don't be sad, I'm ok, really" you say reassuring him that your ok

B: "I will stay anyway" he adds as you faintly blush

you look down to see you were still holding hands

B: "oh! I'm sorry" he says moving his hand but you moved over taking it back

Y: "Please hold it, it comforts me" you whisper/say as he smiles at you

B: "Your really pretty, i don't think i have seen you around" he says

OMG SO HE HADN'T SEEN ME?! I THOUGH HE JUST THOUGHT I WAS UGLY THAT HE IGNORED ME OMGGG I HAVE A CHANCE!!

You think blushing at his compliment

Y: "Thank you, i can say the same" You say making him blush a little two

You spent a few hours of the school hours in the nurse's office together, turns out you had a broken nose, he sais he would make up for it? 

and that's when he spoke

B: "I could take you out?" he asked as your eyes widen a little

Y: "Yes! i mean yes, i would love too" You say as he giggles a little

B: "Lovely" he adds

Y: "Lovely" you repeat
