After a few seconds I pulled away and thought about the worst scenario. What if she got mad at me? I probably shouldn't have done that, specially not now.

"I- I don't know why I did that. I shouldn't have done it." I say, taking a step back.

"It's okay." she simply says.

"Is it?" I ask looking at her.

"Yeah." she says smiling.

She came closer to me and kissed me again, grabbing both sides of my face with her hands while I put my hands on her waist.

It wasn't like those hungry kisses, but more like a... I don't know. More like a passionate one? Maybe?

Who thought me, JJ Maybank, would like someone the way I do right now.

I know I've always said I would never love anyone, but apparently it wasn't true.

I don't know if I love her, but it's definitely something. I've got a thing for her at least. Probably more than just having a thing.

After talking to JJ about everything I did feel better, as he said. Maybe I just needed to let it all out.

And about the kiss... oh well, I do like him. Even Kie already knew about it. But I never thought anything would ever happen between us.

But it did. And I couldn't be happier with it.

Me, Kie and Sarah were currently sitting in the van while John B and Pope were doing something outside.

"He said it looked something like this..." Kie says pointing at a draw.

"That's 50 feet down, and they're using 100-feet rope. So I guess this little wagon will go straight to the gold room." Kie says, trying to stop her laugh at the last part.

"Who drew this?" Sarah asks laughing.

"Who do you think?" Kie asks laughing as well, and then looking at John B.

"It looks like some child drew it." I say, not being different, and laughing at John B's drawing skills.

"Kie, this better work." JJ says approaching us.

"We can't pawn this if there's a giant wheat symbol on it." he says putting the gold on the floor of the van.

"It's gonna work." Kie says.

"Like you could've done any better." Kie says.
