Mumble: yeah! That's them! We came in a big hollow bird and the humans landed on the ice and I went off to come here. And their coming this way

Mumble: Well, they don't speak penguin, but they seem to respond to this.
He then proceeds in tap dancing with the entire crowd watching
Mumble: moxxie and Millie thought we could all do it! So we can use our bodies to tell them about the food shortage!
Seymour: but if humans don't speak penguin, how can dancing tell them about the scarcity?
Mumble: beats me. But it really gets their attention!
Penguin: Hey, it's the hippity-hopper.

From behind the crowd we see Norma and the Adelie amigos listening in and seeing mumble in the distance

From high above Noah and elders see with much fury

He then proceeds in trying mumbles dancing but slips up

Gloria: oh yeah? So who fixed him up with this.
She turns him around to reveal some kind of circuit board glued to his back: a small aerial, winking red lights. A transmitter.

Seymour: is that from them?
Mumble: yeah but don't be afraid. It can be easily removed. Moxxie and Millie call it a transmitter. It's so the humans can find me that's all
