Bill started to think, that couldn't be right, but, what if Ford was telling the truth? Bill couldn't be deceived or let his brother be deceived either.

"If my brother is a threat. . ." a female voice said, making the two look at her, "How come I am free?" she asked.

"That lady. . . the hat. . . I know her, she's Mabel Gleeful, Mason's sister! She's after her brother in the mirror. . ." Bill thought.

"You knew. . . you lied!" Ford shouted in anger, Bill gulped.

"Darn it! I blew my own cover!" he thought.

Ford grabbed Bill's arm with strength enough to hurt him, Bill struggled to free himself.

"Where is it?!" Ford asked.

"Tell us, where is my brother's mirror?!" Mabel shouted.

"I'm not telling you!" Bill affirmed.

Mabel held Bill as well, now Ford and Mabel were fighting to take Bill into their grasp while Bill fought to free himself.

"C'mon, Will, free him already!" Bill thought.

"Did you say. . . free him?" Mabel asked.

"Yes! I knew something was off when my brother hid as you appeared!" Bill shouted to Ford, he was now smiling. "I distracted you so he could run away and break the mirror!" he exclaimed, like he just revealed an evil villain plan.

"What have you done..?!" Ford exclaimed, running out of the shack and letting Bill go.

"No, you won't!" Mabel shouted, going after him and dragging Bill.

"Hey!" he exclaimed.

"Where did you brother go?" Mabel asked, running with Bill.

"I don't know!" Bill exclaimed.

Meanwhile, Will was at the bay of a river, some rocks on the ground, he looked at the mirror, he then slowly had flashbacks of the past. A smile was formed on his face, growing and turning into a mischievous one.

"This is the day everything will change. . . they will know my name. . . they will fear me. There's no forgiveness for the past, there's only the rise of Death!" he exclaimed, throwing the mirror on the ground.

The mirror broke, out of it emerged a light that got larger and bigger, the entire city could see that light.

"Yes!" Mabel shouted.

"No!" Ford shouted at the same time.

"He's free. . . He's back!" Mabel exclaimed, happily and filled with hope.

Inside of the light Mason could be seen, floating in his pentacle form, and then turning into his human form. The light was gone, he fell on the ground, on his knees, in front of Will. He reached out to the guardian, who slowly looked at him, and then, grabbed his hand.

"It's over, old man!" Bill exclaimed.

"You. . . You will pay for this!" Ford affirmed, making an attack and throwing it at Bill, who dodged it.

Mabel looked at Ford with an enraged look, she prepared for a fight, Ford attacked her, but his magic was blocked.

Not by her, not by another guardian, but by a hand. A hand around his neck, surrounded by blue lightnings. Ford gulped, slowly looking at the side to see who that hand belonged to.

"For years. . . I've been powerless in that place. . ." Mason started, the lightnings went inside of Ford's throat. "Perhaps you should feel something like that." he said, slowly smiling with each word.
