Looking down at the portal gun sitting in the garage Morty looks around. Rick took a few things but he did leave Morty the gun.
Morty sees a labcoat on wall and reaches for it.
Morty slipped it on and felt something in it. Feeling something in the pocket he pulled out a brown seed.

Next day school
"Now no one talk about yesterday's Mrs Pancakes."
Morty handed Goldenfold a piece of paper and sat down.
"I see. Now what's 3×8?"
"24." Morty said.
"What's the square root of 16?"
"4."
"Well done Morty." Goldenfold said.
Later
Morty's watch started beeping and he pulled out a pill container on his key ring.

"There's the focus in a pill." Morty said knocking back the concentrated Mega Seed. With a fake doctors note to the nurse for a ADHD medication Morty was free to keep up the effects.
