and fearing to where it'd end,
it's normal to feel that way
If it's too hard for you
Take it slow, walk with the rhythm
Feel the beat of hearts
Smell the scents of soil after rain
Catch yourself smiling,
as the wind touches your cheeks
That way you'll find "you"
Within yourself.
