Before our show today we have an interview that Sammie set up, we don't normally do interviews because they all get samey. Hopefully this one will be a bit different.

While the crew are getting everything set up for tonight we choose to go check out the local places to eat. We come across a place called Wetherspoons which we decide to go in because they serve alcohol and it's obvious that the three of them needs their daily dose of alcohol or they'll go crazy or something. Jack finally put some clothes on to shut us all up.

When we arrive in Wetherspoons we take a seat close to a window so we can look out at all the shops and get stronger signals on our mobiles. Almost instantly Max and Jack run to the bar like kids in a chocolate factory. Dan stays sat with me. He and I are like the parents out of our group, making sure Max and Jack don't get into too much trouble.
I bet you wouldn't have guessed that the person I'm closest to out of us is Jack? He can really let his hair down and helps me to do the same. If we hang out he doesn't drink, he is more fun without alcohol if I'm honest. All of us don't really get chances to hang out like this anymore since we started getting more popular, it gets hard to hang out as a group but we try our best to get free time as much as possible. Dan has his fiance at home but the rest of us don't have anyone. We normally go to each others house and blast some music but that's as wild as it gets for me.

After our food and drinks we head back to the bus. We pass a tattoo parlour on our way back and we all stop in unison and stare into the window. Max is reminded of his drunk tattoo and lifts up his shirt to reveal the ejaculating penis inked onto his stomach, Jack bursts out laughing at him. I feel the need to get a tattoo right now something like 'Roxannes' which is the name for our fans. Or maybe a picture of our logo which is a tiger with a unicorn horn on it's head. Decisions, decisions.
As I enter the shop I am greeted by a man almost completely covered in tattoos. I tell him the design I want and he takes my money from me before taking me to a room in the back, Jack follows while the other two browse at all the designs.
"What you getting then?" Jack asks me
"An ejaculating penis on my forehead." I reply sarcastically
Jack looks at me with a blank expression before the sides of his lips begin to slowly rise and he bites his lip to stop him from laughing.
"But in all seriousness I'm getting our logo with our fans name over it on my ribcage." Jack winks at me and takes a seat on a chair by me.

The tattoo took a while but it killed some time, Jack has persuaded himself to get a photo of us tattooed when he goes home. He hasn't got any sense in him. Upon returning to our bus we are met with a very annoyed looking Sammie. "Hurry up you're late for the interview he's here already." She yells. We sigh and walk in.

"So guys congratulations on the new album, your sound is quite a bit different than what you would normally do what influenced this?"
We all turned to each other hoping the other has an answer and thankfully Max came back with a quick enough answer. "Well it's been a while since we released new music, it's all been touring. The different cultures and meeting all our amazing fans have allowed us to access music we have never heard of before and they have certainly influenced the way we play and what we play." We all look and the interviewer and nod our heads in agreement.
"What bands do you listen to?"
I put my sarcasm to amusing use and automatically say "Blood On The Dance Floor. They made me who I am today." The interviewer looks at me with sheer confusion on his face. He was trying to work out if I was joking or being serious. I chose not to elaborate because I found this quite amusing.
"Okay well, how many tattoos do you guys have because Dan you're absolutely covered in tattoos and I was wondering if anyone else has any?" The man tries to avoid eye contact with me, he's obviously not a Blood On The Dance Floor fan. They all showed their tattoos, Max even showed his stomach tattoo. I chose not to speak because I didn't like this interviewer, he was wearing bowling shoes and a fake leather jacket, not the best sense of style.
After the man had left we all slouched on the sofa for a mere five minutes before we were rushed off into the arena to do some sound checks and prepare for tonight, already there was a massive line outside the doors, a few people at the front were taking down tents. People stayed outside in the cold to see us perform. That's amazing. The venue itself was quite big, it wasn't a massive arena but it was a good size. Me and my drum kit got a lot of space but then again my kit is huge.
