Chapter 36✨

"Okey..Okey Mirae dont accept him alright..But will you please look after him till I come back..I have to go and finish bhabhi's funeral.." Aditya said as he was understanding how this matter was affecting her.

"Just do whatever you want.." she said and put her earphones again.

Aditya placed the baby beside Mirae who was sleeping soundly..

he then called her again and said that he was leaving and to take care of the baby..

But she just ignored him and rolled her eyes..

Aditya hurriedly left the hospital and went to complete his Bhabhi's funeral..

He called the family of his bhabhi and was very sad as he was not at all expecting his bhabhi also to die too soon.

She was like a sister to him and he really cared for her like his own family. He saw his bhabhi's body burning into ashes and promised that he will take care of her baby like his own.

Soon everything was done and his bhabhi's father agreed to keep the baby with Aditya as this was the last wish of his late daughter..And they respected their daughters last wish.

Now the main task for Aditya was to find a wet nurse.. They could not make the baby wait for milk for very long..

Suddenly it started raining very heavily and Aditya was running from one place to another like a mad person only to find a wet nurse.

Meanwhile Mirae was fuming in anger looking at the new born baby. The fact that her baby died and this baby successfully survived even though his mother died made Mirae to get very angry.

"Dirty blood and ugly piece of meat" Mirae said and took the baby's crib on which the baby was lying. She kept it near the window far away from herself as she was feeling disgusted with that little baby lying next to her.

Rain was getting worse passing every second and Mirae was not aware of anything as such, as she again plugged the earphones and started reading her book.

She was so indulged in reading that she did not even notice that the baby was crying. Cause the whole crib was getting wet as she placed the baby far away literally on the window.

As the baby was weak his cries were barely audible and the fact that Mirae had earphones on, did not at all helped.

The baby's cries muffled and within no time he was unconscious. And this whole situation was unaware by Mirae.

After almost an hour Aditya came back. He was completely drenched but was satisfied with the fact that atleast baby was not alone as it was late night and the hospital was almost empty so he was satisfied that baby was with Mirae.

He came running towards the room Mirae was in and got confused looking at the crib kept on the window. Still Mirae was not aware that Aditya had arrived and was busy in her own world.

Aditya came towards the crib and got shocked to see that crib was completely wet and damp from inside. He immediately held the baby with shaking hands and as expected his whole clothes were wet. And breathing was uneven.

The baby was not breathing properly and was fully drenched in rain water. Aditya could not believe the scene in front of his eyes.

The baby was unconscious due to getting wet. He instantly called Mirae.. "Mirae what happened to him.." he said referring to the baby.

But Mirae could not hear anything as she was busy listening to loud music.

"Mirae I am talking to you.." Aditya said coming in front of her and standing while holding the unconscious baby.

She looked at him and said,"What the fuc* is your problem..Cant you see i am busy..?" Mirae said irritatingly..

"Mirae i dont believe you..How could you..You left the baby on the window..?" Aditya said with disbelief in his voice.

"So what happened..I dont want this ugly meat on my bed.." Mirae said arrogantly..

"Mirae the baby is unconscious and is not breathing because of you...He is fully wet including his clothes and even crib.." Aditya shouted angrily..his eyes red because of anger

and immediately left without listening to her.. Directly running to the doctor.

He did found the doctor but he was going to leave. He literally begged the doctor to look after the baby and thankfully he agreed.

He took the baby in an ICU as the condition was very critical. Aditya stood there out as the doctor took the baby. He was so done..So done with Mirae..he never expected she would stoop so low..Because of her, baby is almost dead.

Aditya cried coming on his knees as he could not protect the baby..He could not save the baby.. he was feeling helpeless..He is not forgiving Mirae this time no matter what.

He was in his thoughts when Mirae came running towards him.
