Personal assistant of his handed him some papers for cross checking. He took them absentmindedly. Eyes were fixed on her. As he started flipping the pages one by one but forgot to spare a glance to check whether he hold those papers rightly. his PA watched him in perplexity.What's he doing! After few seconds PA called out loudly making him flinch at his place. When his PA made him hold the papers properly. just reality strucked him that all this while he was holding the papers upside down!how stupid!

He felt embarrassed. tilting head downward, shifted his gaze to the left..Forced a smile and focused on his work.

He was constantly looking for a chance to talk to her. Gathering maximum courage he called out her Name slowly...was unsure whether she would heard. she did. she turned to him. Gave a closed mouth smile. he beckoned her to go to him. She denied politely befor drowning in work again.

After a while he saw her smiling and talking with a Barrister.He couldn't fathom whether he was angry or disheartened...! Since morning he was trying to talk to her but she...!she kept ignoring him like strangers and now was smiling with someone else. shrugging away other thoughts he decided to concentrate on his work.

"Miss.Barrister Bondita Das?"Suddenly he called out her name in a formal way. As a senior Barrister. Bondita stood up from her place as mark of respect. smiling gently she spoke.."Ji Barrister Babu"

Trick worked.
He couldn't help but grinned internally. "May I have your attention?"

Bondita's eyes popped up in astonishment. looked at him blankly. unable to say anything. Other Lawyers also were in confusion state by his sudden demand. 

"I..I mean...I need to discuss something with you....ohh... regarding a case"He tried to cover up the situation... somehow. passed a tight lipped smile to everyone.

Bondita slowly went to him like a obedient student. Asked him the matter conventionally. He offered her to sit infront of him. She obeyed.

"How are you Bondita?"

Was he undergoing any mood swings! Bondita wondered hearing his question.just A while ago he was behaving too formally. Like the most strict and disciplined Barrister. But now..!

"Yeah..I'm well" She answered. Still in formal tone.

He wanted to have sweet talk with her for long. There're so much he thought to talk to her. but now felt himself at lost of words. Nervous.he didn't know how to start.

"Is everything ok Barrister Babu?" He heard her voice echoed in the pin drop silence. he nodded slightly. heaving a deep breath proceeded..

'You didn't talk to me since morning...why?" He asked making her frown.

"I didn't! Barrister Babu,when you came to court in the morning I was the first to greet you"

"Hmm..that you were. But after that you didn't even spare a glance to me"

His sounded like a small child complaining about not getting any favorite things. She let out a chuckle.

"Barrister Babu don't forget we are in work place. Here..less talk, more work" She scolded him being Bondita not his junior Barrister. Anirudh sensed it. he was happy as she started talking like she used to. But Again a frown appeared on his face remembering something.

"Really!!then what kinds of important work were you doing with that Chipkala Ravaan??"

Bondita made a confused face by his question. She didn't get what and whom he was talking about. Chipkala Ravaan!! Who was that!she asked him to be clear.

Anirudh sighed.

"Do you have Amnesia? Just half an hour ago you were laughing with him and now you are saying you don't know!"
