James: I am I really felt like I was in training camping I felt like I was in competition with all of you. Talk to me about when you were at Camp what's a typical day like? What time do you start?

Miyoung: We start like at nine or twelve. At nine to ten to get like okay

James: This is already better than my school 7 A.M

Miyoung: And then we practice all through 2 A.M we all come home

James: And that changes things

Miyoung: Even on weekends we would get one day off every Fortnight on a Sunday yeah

James: I mean this is an incredible amount of dedication for all of you. MIYOUNG how old were you when you moved from California.

Miyoung: I was like 9, 10 years old.

James: 10 years old and you move on your own to Korea

Jihye: She was baby

Miyoung: Yes, I was a baby and I did that and I and then NARI was like

Nari: I was 13. I was 13. And I don't even speak Korean

Hayoon: Yeah

James: And what was your experience? How did you feel when you left home at 10 to go. It must have been oh it was probably yeah emotional

Miyoung: All my friends were like where are you going? And what this was tell them yeah I have no idea how I'm gonna explain it but it's just like acting school kind of thing but it's all about music and I have to live there and they were like they were just like this is so weird what where are you going I couldn't explain I'm like just wait and see I will show you

Nari: Oh I will show you

James: That is absolutely incredible. What was it like at that age when you got to Korea? How did you how did you feel? I mean you must have been incredibly homesick

Miyoung: At points yeah I think it's so intense where we kind of forget that we're missing some part of our lives that because there's different tests that we do different videos that we have to shoot and it just keeps coming every day every week we weren't really looking back to our homes or anything we're just like let's survive this
