MADISONS POV
Surgery day. My dad is currently getting ready to go into surgery. My mom was released from the hospital today, also. Luke, my mom, and I are currently in the waiting room. Luke has been very supportive through all of this. I'm glad that he's in my life again, I couldn't face all this alone.
It has been 5 hours since the surgery. And it's almost over. I'm getting very anxious and I'm not sure if that's good or bad. Every second that stupid clock ticks means it's a second more until that surgery is over. I can't be patient for any longer but what am I to do about it.
FINALLY THE SURGERY IS OVER. We have not seems the doctor yet, why? Is my father okay or not? I want answers
The doctor is heading out way, but I can't read his expression.
He's about to speak.
But he is cut off by another nurse yelling to him. All I here is, "doctor,doctor,doctor"
The doctor turn away from us and frantically runs into a patients room, my fathers room.
