After their graduation Momo and Izuku got married and had their honeymoon them a few months after Momo had a pair of twins. Luis and Toga started dating and gotten married and only had a child which was a girl. During the year Shoto stopped being a hero because everyone saw that he was with a whore and they never trusted him because she had his children and everything both him and Ochako left the country for their actions. Shoto and Ochako was disowned by their parents because of their poor judgment and being a whore Izuku became the #1 hero with Luis following him as #2. Izuku and Momo had another child together after 4 years and they really felt as if they are complete which they are and they never left eachother side as one.
