Reki- He tells everyone that he's ok but then he's really not.
Langa- I can see Langa being the same way. He'd tell his mom that he felt fine and to stop worrying about him but then he'd tell Reki that he wasn't feeling well when he asks
Miya- He knows what's best for him. Before, when his ego was all high or whatever, he'd okay it off like it was nothing but now he'd be honest about it and do what's best for him, which is laying in bed all day, even though he wants to do something. Sometimes he'd try to gaslight himself into thinking that he was perfectly ok just to hang around everybody. But the rest of the gang would convince him to go back home and get some rest.
Kaoru/Cherry- The one that knows best. He can take care of himself. He takes medicine and rests. Sometimes eats but not very much
Kojiro/Joe- Same as Cherry. He eats, and rests but he doesn't take any medicine
Shadow- Sleeps it off like it's nothing
