Gold woke up to see he was in a room. It wasn't his room, but a hospital room.
"Where am I?" He said to himself. He sat up only to be greeted by a hug from Cyndaquil.
"You're in the hospital." Gold turned around to see a boy with red hair sitting on the chair beside him. "You were out cold in the snow, so I decided to get you off the mountain and call an ambulance. Now what the actual hell did you think climbing up Mt. Silver like that lightly dressed?"
Gold didn't answer Silver's question. Instead he gave him a bone crushing hug, despite the IV line in his arm.
"Argh! Get off me! I can't breathe!" Silver angrily yelled.
"Thanks for saving me!" Gold said. Silver pushed Gold back into the bed.
"I saved you because I felt sorry for you. But that doesn't mean I care!" Silver turned away from Gold. "I'll be off now. You should be able to look after yourself."
"Wait! What's your-" Gold was going to ask Silver something but it was too late. Silver had left the room. "He saved me, and I don't even know his name..."
