Y/n exits the firm building, she spotted a familiar van outside. The window rolled down and saw a woman inside the car smile at her, Y/n ignore her

"Hey.. have you still haven't found your phone?" Jihyo asked

"Yes, I'm gonna buy new one later" Y/n said

"Do you want me to come with you?" Jihyo asked

"No need. You should head home now"

"Alright, see you tomorrow"

That night …

Y/n went to Tzuyu's room, she saw her already sleeping. Y/n leaves the apartment

Some time …

She used a car that is not registered under her name, Moon Y/n. She arrived at a mansion, she get out of the car and was greeted by the bodyguards with respect

"Ms Moon" he bows

"Is she home?" Y/n asked, he nods

"Yes, Ms Moon. Madam is in her office"

Y/n made her way inside the mansion until she got to the office, there the lady who smiled at her earlier is sitting on the chair

"It's been a while, Y/n" she smiled

"Leave us, I'd like to talk to her" she commanded, and the secretary and bodyguards left the office. Y/n sat on the couch

"Why did you come to the law firm earlier? I told you, stay away unless I told you so" Y/n coldly said

"I can't help it, I miss my niece. That's not a bad thing" She chuckles

"I'm not your niece"

"Well, Tzuyu is my niece by blood but her father happens to be my older brother who adopted you. So, technically.. you're my niece as well"

"I'm sure you've heard about the news going around, the recent killings" Y/n said

"Yup, it got me curious if it has something to do with you" She said

"It's a copycat"

"So.. it's wasn't-"

"No, but I'll make sure to get to the bottom of this. I will find them no matter what, how dare they mock me?"

"Y/n.." she softly called her name

"What, Nayeon-ssi?" Y/n asked

"You're not Jeon Mirae anymore, you're Moon Y/n. Before, you didn't really have any choice but now you have. Jeon Mirae is already dead and we should leave those all in the past and focus on the present. Don't go back on your old lifestyle, that's not for you" Nayeon said, Y/n saw the sincerity and care from Nayeon's eyes

"Why do you care for me? You're looking at me with the same eyes Tzuyu look at me all the time, I don't like it" Y/n said

"Y/n, The day I took you out of the asylum.. that was the time I promised myself to give you the life that was taken from you. I want you to live normally and decide on how you'll live your life. So please, just be Moon Y/n and forget the Jeon Mirae inside of you" Nayeon worriedly said

"I'll get going-"

"Please, Y/n"

"You can't stop me on finding whoever's playing with me" Y/n coldly said and left
