Tommy: Tommy is a 16-year-old orphan boy that delivers packages. He enjoys sitting out by the dock on his free time.
Wilbur: A siren that loves to sing his songs. He enjoys making music and singing to annoying sailors. He is 18.
Techno: A siren that enjoys fighting. He enjoys breaking ships and sinking them. He is 20.
Phil: The oldest siren of the group. He enjoys drowning swimmers that are alone. He is 40.
Puffy: The captain of her ship. One of Tommy's frequent customers. Loves Tommy like a son. She is 38.
Dream: Puffy's son. Loves to take care of the ship. Best friends with Tommy to the point where he thinks of him as a brother. He is 20.
