So uhm I have to tell this before anyone gets confused.
I personally think both Peter and the entity are separate beings.
Peter is an old character that was supposed to be one of Andy's friends WAAY before Andy was even created.Basically Peter was Thomas's first character ever.
He and the others started to know each other, and they became friends.
That was, until Andy was finally made, and Peter was scratched from the game, his files being the only thing that remain of him.
The entity then took this as a opportunity to be able to come in the game, stealing Peter's body and bringing him back to life.
No one remembers him, so he decided to isolate himself inside the barn, as the entity constantly posseses him whenever it wants.
If anything Peter says is related to the others or he seems too nice to be evil yeeeah this is why
