The next morning was extremely exhausting i had to finalize the security checks of over 150 guards , Eduardo and Dante did pretty well , i gotta admit .

The ball was gonna begin at 19:00 hours ( if u understand military time that is )  i had about 5 hours to prep myself for the day ahead . Even though we have the best security u can never be too cautious about ur surroundings. Once i was done with giving the boys their instructions I drove myself home .
I hopped in the shower and felt completely at bliss as the glasses surrounding the cubicle fogged up ,  i rinsed my hair off the shampoo and applied my conditioner , I lathered on my vanilla scented body wash and washed the soapy water off of my body . I didn't have the best body but i had decent ass and boobs , but my hazelnut hair and blue eyes made up for it . After I dried myself I let the makeup artist do their thing and doll me up for the grand ball
My dress was absolutely breathtaking I loved it , it was a custom piece by Dolce and Gabbana the dress had thousands of hand stitched Swarovski crystals embedded into it , while the high slit complimented my thighs . It was backless but the one thing that i always have in my dresses is a holster for my dagger . I always have it on me  no matter what , on this one it was on the back of the dress right beside my waist , so i could reach it with ease if anything went wrong .

I did my nails , it matched my outfit perfectly and i was well accustomed to shooting and throwing knives with acrylics on so it was no big deal.
Along with the dress I wore custom Gucci heels and my necklace that was given to me by my dad , it was my mother's . And I would like to have her with me today .

My makeup was done in such a way that it would make my features stand out , the brown smokey eye , and my jawline stood out the most among them . I wore a matte red lip that brought the entire look together.
I was extremely satisfied with the way I looked . I made my way downstairs
"Darling you look absolutely beautiful today " said my dad
" Thank you papa you look amazing too" i said as I walked up to him and gave him a hug . He kissed my forehead saying " You look like a true Queen , as a father I couldn't be more proud ."

We made our way toward the car as Eduardo opened the door for me to get in . I hope everything goes well today , apart from holding harsh grudges amongst ourselves the grand ball is the only excuse that every mafia has to attend it. They just control themselves from unleashing their demons and tearing eachother down , but then again that's how a Mafia works . You can either stay loyal and faithful to your mafia , or die a miserable death defying it's laws . When i became Queen I knew that it wouldn't be easy , but I never doubted myself I've proven my worth by making my mafia the strongest it can be and will always strive for it. I am willing to give up my life for it , I have built the Ace mafia from the ground up . To say the least i couldn't do it without my dad , he not only believed in me but also had faith that I could do it .
Once we reach the place it's full of flashing lights and bougie cars , with mob bosses scattered everywhere , with their so-called 'one night stands' because running the mafia comes with its pros and cons and one of them is that you hardly get time to focus on yourself let alone be in a relationship with someone else .   The venue is decorated absolutely beautifully , with crystalline chandeliers dangling from the ceiling to beautiful flowers arranged on the tables ,

Eduardo opens up my car door and holds out a hand , as i take a step out of the car i see faces staring at me like a ghost just appeared . I ignore them and take my father's hand and walk inside the venue , as i step in everyone stands up to acknowledge our presence , " Rosa D'Angelo, Queen of the Ace Mafia " the announcement is made , I take a bow and i recieve the same in return from all of the guests .

As we make our way towards our table a lot of people hoard me with boring questions but as an obligation i have to answer back , ' fucking hell' i think to myself . This is gonna be one hell of a night .
And i look forward to it in anticipation.
